There are two different coffee choices in Nivalis Nights: matching the customer’s order in The Coffee Run, or selecting recipes for your café menu. For the quest, use the customer-to-order key below and check the in-game prompt before serving. For menu planning, compare what is unlocked, ingredients, appliance needs, and the Companion’s modeled location estimates—not real-world sales.
Which coffee choice do you mean?
- The Coffee Run: choose the specific order requested by each customer. These are intentionally whimsical in-game names, not drink recommendations.
- Café menu planning: decide which unlocked coffee recipes to serve, based on ingredients, equipment, venue fit, and modeled game values.
Steam’s Coffee Time achievement describes the objective as: “Nivalis needs caffeine. Deliver 3 runs of coffee for Coffee PoccoCup.” The customer matches below come from the secondary Coffee Run guide.

Use the customer’s name to find the listed order, then confirm the order shown in the game before selecting it.

The guide says Bou’s job begins Friday at Cafe Poccocup and that deliveries arrive in batches of four, with a return to Bou between batches. It also reports that a wrong selection costs a small amount of standing and is crossed off rather than ending the quest. These details are reported by that guide; verify the prompt and current in-game behavior, as quest behavior may change with patches.

Café menu choices: compare the recipes
The Companion’s price, cost, profit, and satisfaction figures are game-model outputs, accessed in 2026. They are not real-world prices or observed earnings. Its profit calculations exclude staff, rent, and spoilage; sales also depend on the rest of the menu, stock, and staff.

How to choose a café recipe
Choose Egg Coffee for a simpler modeled option
Egg Coffee has the lowest listed ingredient cost and price cap of these three, and its ingredient list does not specify a special appliance. The Companion estimates 74 satisfaction in Central Canyon and Seaside Boardwalk. Use it when those locations suit your venue plan and the recipe is available.

Choose Spiced Shroom Coffee when the equipment and ingredients fit
Spiced Shroom Coffee calls for a Blender plus straw mushrooms and ginger, as well as the other listed ingredients. Its modeled satisfaction estimate is 98 in Skyhigh Gardens and Calypso Island. It is a player-made recipe, so plan around the ingredient and appliance requirements.
Choose Nitro Espresso Tonic when unlocked and venue-aligned
Nitro Espresso Tonic requires Sake Bar level 4 to unlock. Its Companion estimates are highest among these options in Spire and Skyhigh Gardens, at 100 and 99 respectively. Its higher level-one cap does not by itself establish that it will sell better.

What the menu estimates can—and cannot—tell you
- Location scores are estimates: Companion satisfaction values come from its game formula, not sales data or observed gameplay results.
- Local fit is only part of the model: favorite tags contribute to estimated satisfaction, while customer budget groups and the venue’s location composition also affect it.
- Modeled profit is not net business performance: the listed per-dish calculations omit staff, rent, and spoilage, and actual sales depend on stock and the rest of the menu.
- Game data can change: recipe and quest behavior may be affected by patches, so use current in-game information when it conflicts with an external guide.
