Nintendo has announced the Mario Kart World Wall Run Collection, a set of miniature karts designed to run around the curved surface of an included can. The six-character collection is reported for Japan, with sales beginning October 10, 2026; no international release has been announced.
What is the Mario Kart World Wall Run Collection?
The Wall Run Collection turns a mechanic from Mario Kart World into a small display toy: a character’s kart moves around the curved side of its accompanying can. In a September 29, 2026 post, the official Nintendo TOKYO/OSAKA/KYOTO/FUKUOKA account described it as inspired by wall running and said the kart travels around the can’s curved surface. Which characters are included, and how do you buy them?
Nintendo DREAM WEB and Nintendo Wire report six designs: Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Yoshi, Toad, and Princess Daisy. A single item is a random selection, so buyers do not choose which character they receive. A six-piece box is also reported, though the coverage does not establish that every box contains one of each character.
| Option | Reported price in Japan | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| One item | ¥2,200, reported by Nintendo DREAM WEB on September 29, 2026 | Random selection from the six character types; the character is revealed after opening. |
| Six-piece box | ¥13,200, reported by Nintendo DREAM WEB on September 29, 2026 | A box of six is reported, but the source does not say it guarantees all six different characters. |
Nintendo DREAM WEB reports delivery timing of October 10, 2026, while Nintendo Wire reports October 10 as the availability date. These are Japanese-market details, not confirmed prices or dates for other countries. Nintendo DREAM WEB’s product coverage and Nintendo Wire’s report provide the reported lineup and buying options.

Where is the collection available?
The official-store post names Nintendo TOKYO, OSAKA, KYOTO, and FUKUOKA, as well as Nintendo Store. The reporting describes availability in Japan. It does not confirm a US launch or a release elsewhere internationally, so there is no established overseas date or local price to rely on.
Amazon may be a useful place to search for the product name, but a listing, inventory, seller, and international shipping were not verified in the available coverage. If buying through a third party, check that the listing identifies the exact Wall Run Collection item and confirms seller, stock, and shipping before ordering.

What are the toy’s reported specifications?

Nintendo Wire cautions that the kart may not run properly on vertical surfaces other than the supplied can. The reported feature is movement around the included can’s curved surface; do not assume it will work on walls or other objects.
