Processor and memory
The listings pair the Motorola with a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme and 12 GB RAM/256 GB storage, and the Xiaomi with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 and 8 GB RAM/128 GB storage. That makes the Motorola configuration stronger on paper for processor tier and listed memory capacity, but it is not proof of a specific real-world speed advantage. Regional configurations may differ.
91mobiles reports AnTuTu scores of 2,217,003 for Motorola and 949,300 for Xiaomi; it describes AnTuTu as a combined CPU, GPU and RAM stress test. The comparison page does not state the year, and the figures have not been independently reproduced here. Treat them as source-reported results, not a guaranteed comparison under matched test conditions.

Display
Both phones are listed with AMOLED displays. The Xiaomi’s reported diagonal is slightly larger at 6.83 inches versus 6.8 inches, while Motorola is listed at 144 Hz against Xiaomi’s 120 Hz. The higher reported refresh rate may matter to people who value smoother scrolling or compatible games, but the figures alone do not establish brightness, color accuracy or overall display quality.

Cameras: the Redmi rear-camera listing is inconsistent
91mobiles lists Motorola with three 50 MP rear cameras: main, ultrawide and telephoto. For the Redmi, it lists a 50 MP main camera and 8 MP ultrawide. Cashify instead describes the Redmi’s rear cameras as 50 MP + 2 MP. Those accounts conflict, so the Redmi’s secondary rear-camera specification should not be treated as settled without checking the exact regional model with the manufacturer or seller. The listed front-camera resolutions are 50 MP for Motorola and 16 MP for Xiaomi. Megapixel counts describe sensor resolution, not photo quality; they do not establish performance in low light, video quality, autofocus or image processing.
Battery and charging
The comparison pages report a 9,000 mAh battery for Xiaomi and 6,500 mAh for Motorola, so Xiaomi has the larger stated capacity. Capacity is not the same as measured runtime: screen settings, software, network conditions and workload affect how long a phone lasts.

91mobiles reports PCMark battery results of 21 hours 55 minutes for Xiaomi and 14 hours 11 minutes for Motorola. The page does not state the year, and the test configuration and reproducibility are not established here. Consider these publisher-reported results rather than a promise of everyday battery life.
For charging, 91mobiles lists 67 W wired charging for Xiaomi and 90 W wired plus 15 W wireless charging for Motorola. The available listings do not verify regional charging specifications or whether a compatible charger is included in the box.

Software support and buying considerations
The comparison listing gives Xiaomi four OS updates and six years of security updates, versus three OS updates and five years of security updates for Motorola. These entries do not establish the official policy wording, when the support period starts, or whether it applies to every market. Confirm the commitment on the relevant manufacturer support page for the exact model before relying on it.
- Consider Motorola if the listed 12/256 GB configuration, higher refresh rate, or reported telephoto camera are priorities—and verify those details for the version sold in your market.
- Consider Xiaomi if the lower displayed price and larger reported battery capacity matter more, while confirming the rear-camera configuration and available memory variant.
- Compare like with like: check current prices for the same regional variant and storage tier, and use independent tests with stated methods for meaningful performance, camera or endurance comparisons.
The exact model names did not return results in the official Motorola- and Xiaomi-domain search described for this comparison. Accordingly, the specifications and prices above remain comparison-publisher reports rather than confirmed manufacturer or retailer terms.
