The Moto G67 Power is the stronger on-paper choice for display sharpness, listed RAM and rear-camera flexibility; the realme 16x 5G is listed with a faster 144 Hz screen and higher-wattage charging. Both are listed with 7,000 mAh batteries. Price snapshots conflict, so compare the exact RAM and storage variants at checkout rather than relying on a single quoted price.

Motorola’s India support page provides the official Moto specification details. The realme figures above come from 91mobiles because a complete official realme specification sheet was not available in the retrieved material. See Motorola’s Moto G67 Power specifications, 91mobiles’ comparison listing, and realme India.

Which phone has the better display?

The Moto G67 Power has the higher listed resolution: its 2400 × 1080 Full HD+ panel has more pixels than the realme 16x 5G’s listed 720 × 1570 HD+ panel. That makes Moto the more promising choice if text and fine detail are your priority, based on specifications alone.

The realme’s listed refresh rate is higher at 144 Hz versus Moto’s 120 Hz. A higher refresh rate can make supported motion appear smoother, but it does not make a lower-resolution image sharper. The listings do not establish how either display performs in everyday use.

RAM, chipsets and software

The comparison sources list 8 GB of RAM for the Moto and a 4 GB base configuration for the realme, both with 128 GB storage in the cited configurations. Check the exact SKU before buying: a comparison between different memory tiers is not like-for-like. Although the phones use different named chipsets, those names alone do not establish which is faster in real-world tasks; no controlled benchmark results are available here.

Motorola’s official page specifies Android 15, one OS upgrade and three years of security maintenance releases. The 91mobiles listing reports Android 16, two OS updates and three years of security updates for the realme. Because that realme information is secondary-source reporting, verify its version and support commitment with realme for the exact region and variant.

Camera differences

Both phones are listed with a 50 MP main rear camera. The Moto has an additional listed 8 MP ultrawide camera, giving it more flexibility for fitting a wider scene into the frame. The realme comparison listing does not show an ultrawide camera.

The same listing gives the Moto a 32 MP front camera and the realme an 8 MP front camera. These are resolution figures, not evidence that one phone takes better photos: image processing, sensor characteristics and shooting conditions also matter, and no comparative camera test is available here.

Battery capacity and charging

Both models are listed with 7,000 mAh batteries, so the capacity figures are equal. Motorola says the Moto is capable of charging at 30 W, while 91mobiles lists 45 W charging for the realme. The realme therefore has the higher stated charging wattage, but these figures do not establish actual charging time or battery endurance. Check whether the appropriate charger is included with the specific retail variant.

Price difference: check the live variant price

Third-party price snapshots disagree, so they do not support a dependable current price gap. The 91mobiles listing showed ₹22,797 for the Moto and ₹22,999 for the realme; Smartprix showed ₹23,830 and ₹22,599; MySmartPrice showed ₹22,990 and ₹25,999, respectively. These are conflicting comparison-site snapshots, not verified checkout prices or a market-wide price survey. The 91mobiles comparison is available at its Moto-versus-realme listing; price comparisons from Smartprix and MySmartPrice are summarized in the available price comparison evidence, without a verified live checkout.

Which should you buy?

Choose the Moto G67 Power if

  • You prefer the higher listed Full HD+ display resolution.
  • You want the listed 8 GB RAM configuration rather than the realme’s listed 4 GB base version.
  • You value having a rear ultrawide camera in addition to the main camera.
  • You prefer the higher listed front-camera resolution, while recognizing that megapixels alone do not determine selfie quality.

Consider the realme 16x 5G if

  • You value its listed 144 Hz refresh rate over the Moto’s 120 Hz.
  • You prioritize its higher stated 45 W charging rating over Moto’s 30 W capability.
  • The exact realme variant you want is available at a better verified checkout price.

For either phone, treat chipset, camera-resolution and charging-wattage differences as specification comparisons, not as proof of superior performance, photos or charge times. Confirm the exact SKU and current terms before purchase.
