That price was not confirmed by the eBay listing snapshots available here: one showed a certified refurbished offer at $549.99, while the Official Meta Store’s new listing showed $599.99. Whether the reported offer is still live—and whether it beats an Amazon Prime Day deal—needs to be checked against current listings and checkout totals.
What the eBay Quest 3 offers showed
The available eBay pages showed different conditions and prices, so they should not be treated as one offer or compared as if the headsets were equivalent.

The $439.99 figure and coupon come from a published deal report, not confirmation that the code worked at eBay checkout. The captured listing information also does not substantiate the report’s warranty claim. Check the live item page and checkout before relying on either detail.
Does this beat an Amazon Prime Day deal?
There is not enough verified, contemporaneous Amazon pricing here to say that the eBay offer beats any Prime Day deal. The claim also depends on what is being compared: a refurbished headset is not a like-for-like match for a new one, and warranty, returns, shipping, and included benefits can change the value.

Best Buy’s captured product page described the Quest 3 as a wireless VR headset and advertised Batman: Arkham Shadow plus a three-month Meta Horizon+ trial. Whether those benefits apply to a current purchase should be confirmed on the retailer’s live page. Best Buy product page

- Check whether the unit is new or certified refurbished, and verify the seller shown on the live listing.
- Enter COUNTDOWN20 at checkout and confirm the discount applies to the item. Compare the final total, including shipping and tax, rather than relying on a deal headline.
- Read the current return terms and warranty details. Do not assume the reported two-year AllState warranty is included unless the listing or checkout explicitly confirms it.
- Compare that final offer with the contemporaneous Amazon Prime Day listing for the same storage capacity and condition, including any included games or subscriptions.
