Short answer: the available evidence does not confirm that Me v. U is operating today, and no single answer to “is it legal?” applies everywhere. Legality depends on the state you are in, the operator’s actual terms, and how the game handles currency and prizes. Here is what can and cannot be established as of October 2026.
What a review of Me v. U actually establishes
The most detailed public write-up we located is a Phandroid review titled “Me v. U Social Casino Review: Is Me v. U Social Casino Legit? Pros & Cons for September 2026” (phandroid.com). It describes Me v. U as a sweepstakes casino associated with Moneyline Sports and Sweepium. Those links are the reviewer’s claims, not facts confirmed by an official operator statement, terms page, or regulator filing.
Read closely, the page is written mostly in the future tense. It describes a platform that is planned or not yet launched in some places, and it presents bonuses, currencies, mobile features, payment methods, and support as expectations. Its launch timing also reads as out of date. A September 2026 date in a headline does not show that the product is live.

Why “is it legal?” has no single answer
Legal treatment of sweepstakes and social casino games varies by state, and a “social” or “sweepstakes” label does not by itself settle legality. The state warnings and enforcement actions we reviewed focus on specific features, such as dual currencies and prizes, and on whether an offering fits existing gambling law. Two recent state actions show the pattern.
Louisiana
Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill’s office issued a public alert about illegal online casino gambling. It warned residents that some casino-style and sweepstakes or social casino sites may involve dual currencies or prizes and may be unauthorized under Louisiana law (ag.louisiana.gov). This is a Louisiana position. It is not a nationwide ruling, and it does not say whether Me v. U is available there.

Tennessee
On December 29, 2025, the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office announced a crackdown on illegal online sweepstake casinos (tn.gov). That shows active enforcement in Tennessee against online sweepstakes casino operators. It is not a ruling on Me v. U, and later developments may have followed, so check the Attorney General’s newsroom for updates before drawing conclusions.

Industry litigation is not a verdict on this brand
A 2026 annual report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by a social casino company describes legal proceedings and regulatory risk around social casino-style games, including state gambling and consumer-protection claims (SEC filing). Those risks belong to the filing company. They show that the category draws litigation. They do not show that Me v. U is a party to any proceeding.
