Do not confuse that report with the PlayStation storefront’s general listing of 12 online players. That listing describes the game generally, not the announced PvE mode’s group size. PlayStation’s Marvel Rivals listing provides the general online-player figure.
What rewards do you get?
The accessible official announcement for the Season 10.5 mode does not list rewards for completing it. Earlier event notes do specify rewards for separate activities in Times Square; they should not be presented as rewards for beating the PvE mode.

Can you play Marvel Rivals PvE on PS4?
The July 2026 official notes explicitly say that Avengers: Age of Ultron was not available on PS4. In a February 2025 interview reported by MP1st, NetEase producer Weicong Wu said the team did not then have a PvE plan, while describing ongoing experiments with new gameplay modes. Marvel Games executive producer Danny Koo also discussed exploring lighter or more distinct PvE approaches.
