The Logitech Signature Slim MK620 and MK625 are wired, full-size keyboard-and-mouse combos built around the same K620 keyboard. Their main difference is the bundled mouse and regional availability: Logitech lists the MK620 worldwide with an M520 mouse, while the MK625 is listed for the US and Canada with an M520 L. Both connect by USB-C. The K620 offers a number pad and low-profile scissor keys, but no backlighting.
What are the differences between the MK620 and MK625?
Logitech uses the K620 keyboard in both combos; the bundled mouse and the regions where Logitech lists each product differ.

Check the exact model on the regional product page or retailer listing rather than treating the names as interchangeable. Logitech lists different recycled-plastic percentages for the bundled mice: 71% for the MK620 mouse and 73% for the MK625 mouse. Full-size layout, with a number pad
The MK625 specification lists the K620 as a full-size 108-key keyboard in a US layout, including a 10-key number pad. That layout is useful for frequent number entry and conventional desktop workflows, but it takes more desk width than a compact keyboard. Laptop-style scissor keys, not backlit
The keys are low-profile, laptop-style scissor switches. Logitech does not list backlighting, so this is not a good fit if illuminated keys are a requirement. The design keeps the keyboard slim, but switch feel is personal; anyone who prefers taller mechanical keys should try a similar scissor keyboard before choosing it.
Independent review impressions
In its August 8, 2025 review of the K620, Tom’s Guide praised the full-size layout and adjustable angle, and reported that the keys felt loose or “rickety” to its reviewer. The reviewer measured 54 words per minute at 92.47% accuracy in one typing test. That is one reviewer’s result under their test conditions, not a forecast of another person’s typing speed. Does the MK620 or MK625 use USB-C?
Yes. Logitech lists both keyboard and mouse as wired USB-C devices, with 180 cm (5.9 ft) cables for the MK625 set. The combo is wired-only, so it does not offer a wireless mode. If your computer or dock has no available USB-C port, Logitech says a USB-A-to-USB-C adapter is sold separately through logi.com and select channels; it is not listed as included in the combo. What does the bundled mouse offer?
For the MK625, Logitech specifies an optical mouse with a 400–4000 DPI range, four buttons, line-by-line precision scrolling, and hyper-fast scrolling. The MK620 comes with the M520 instead of the MK625’s M520 L; check the exact regional listing for the mouse’s own specifications rather than assuming they are identical. Which operating systems are listed?
Logitech lists Windows 10/11 or later, macOS 12 or later, ChromeOS, and Linux for the MK625. The company lists Logi Tune customization for Windows and macOS and says an internet connection is required to download the app. Compatibility can depend on the computer, OS version, and workplace policies; check Logitech’s current regional support information if you need particular software features or are buying for a managed device. - Consider it if you want a full-size layout, a number pad, a bundled mouse, and a direct USB-C connection for a desktop or shared workstation.
- Look elsewhere if you need wireless connectivity, backlighting, a compact footprint, or a different switch feel.
- Check your ports first if you plan to connect through a USB-A-only computer or dock; the adapter is a separate purchase.
- Confirm the regional model if you are shopping outside the US or Canada, where Logitech lists the MK620 rather than the MK625.
Logitech says the combo is intended for businesses that require wired technology for reliability, physical security, or shared workspaces, and that need to switch among PC, macOS, and ChromeOS. Logitech’s MK625 business datasheet lists rated lifetimes of 10 million keystrokes for standard keys and 5 million for F-row keys. Those are manufacturer specifications, not a long-term durability test of the combo. Logitech MK625 business datasheet
