The right LinkedIn Sales Navigator alternative depends on what your prospecting workflow is missing: LinkedIn relationship context, a separate contact database, email and phone details, outreach sequencing, CRM integration, or coverage in a particular region. Apollo is worth shortlisting when you want contact data and outbound tools together; ZoomInfo and Cognism are also candidates to evaluate. Keep Sales Navigator in consideration when LinkedIn-based discovery and relationship signals matter most.

First, check whether you need to replace Sales Navigator

Sales Navigator has three plan levels rather than a single feature set. LinkedIn positions Core for individual sellers, Advanced for sales teams, and Advanced Plus for teams using supported CRMs that need deeper sales-tool and CRM integrations. Its listed features include 50+ advanced search filters, Account IQ and Lead IQ, buyer intent, lead and contact creation, relationship maps, job-change and content alerts, TeamLink, and Smart Links. LinkedIn lists 50 InMails per month for each of the three plans. These are LinkedIn-published plan details, not performance benchmarks. Check LinkedIn’s current plan comparison before deciding; packaging and prices can change.

Published US starting prices

LinkedIn’s comparison, updated September 27, 2026, lists Core at US$119.99 per month per license or US$1,079.88 per year per license, and Advanced at US$159.99 per month per license or US$1,799.88 per year per license. Advanced Plus is quote-based, with pricing customized according to team size, CRM integration, and onboarding or training needs. LinkedIn cautions that listed prices are estimates, may exclude taxes or discounts, and can vary by device and purchase path.

If you mainly want a lower-cost or more integrated LinkedIn workflow, compare the plan that addresses the gap before switching platforms. If you need contact details outside LinkedIn, a database-and-outreach product may be a better fit.

Which LinkedIn Sales Navigator alternative fits your workflow?

Option Best reason to shortlist it What to verify
Sales Navigator LinkedIn profile discovery, relationship context, alerts, and team or CRM features in LinkedIn’s own tiers. Whether Core, Advanced, or Advanced Plus includes the capabilities and CRM integration your team needs; confirm current price and availability with LinkedIn.
Apollo A combined B2B contact and company data workflow with prospecting, outbound sequences, and integrations. Credit usage, plan and seat constraints, CRM fit, and data coverage and accuracy for your target region and persona.
ZoomInfo A vendor to investigate when you are evaluating B2B sales prospecting products. Current quote, coverage for your target market, CRM requirements, and a representative data sample. Comparable public pricing and independent head-to-head performance are not established here.
Cognism A vendor to investigate alongside other B2B prospecting candidates. Current quote, regional coverage and data fit, CRM requirements, and a representative sample. Comparable public seat pricing and independent head-to-head performance are not established here.

When Apollo is a plausible alternative

Apollo is the clearest candidate here for teams that want contact and company data alongside outbound sequencing. Its official pricing page describes Free, Basic, Professional, and Custom tiers; Basic is associated with regular outbound and sequencing, Professional with higher credit limits and additional features, and Custom with team-level volumes and enterprise controls. Apollo lists integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, Marketo, Sendgrid, and LinkedIn. Those product descriptions establish feature fit, not independent proof of data accuracy. Review Apollo’s current plans and pricing because packaging and credit rules may change.

Understand Apollo credits and account constraints

Apollo credits can be used for activities including accessing email addresses, phone numbers, and AI-researched data. Credits reset each cycle and unused credits do not roll over. The reviewed plan page also says all seats on an account share the same plan level, and downgrades do not produce refunds for unused time. Estimate usage against your actual prospecting process, and check the current terms for the plan you are considering.

How to assess ZoomInfo and Cognism

Both vendors belong on a broader shortlist if their product scope appears to match your team, but the available vendor material does not support a dependable public price comparison or a universal winner. ZoomInfo’s product page establishes its relevance to B2B sales prospecting; its captured page may be out of date, so verify current offerings directly. Cognism’s official pricing page does not establish a comparable public per-seat price. Review ZoomInfo’s sales product information and request or review Cognism pricing for current terms.

For either provider, ask for a quote based on the same team size, region, CRM, usage, onboarding, and contract period you use to evaluate other options. Test a sample of real target accounts and contacts rather than treating vendor claims or a directory listing as evidence of accuracy.

Choose based on these six decision factors

  1. Source and workflow: Decide whether sellers need LinkedIn profiles and relationship context, a separate company and contact database, or both. A database is not a like-for-like replacement for LinkedIn relationship discovery.
  2. Contact details and outreach: Specify whether the workflow needs email addresses, phone numbers, sequencing, or all three. For credit-based products, model which actions consume credits and how often your team performs them.
  3. CRM fit: Confirm that the required integration is available on the relevant plan and determine whether it is included, limited to a higher tier, or requires custom work. For Sales Navigator, Advanced Plus is the tier LinkedIn describes for supported CRM users needing advanced integrations.
  4. Geography and data quality: Build a representative test set of companies and personas in the actual target market. Check whether records are present and usable for your team; no universal accuracy winner is established by the available evidence.
  5. Total cost and commitment: Compare like with like: seat counts, billing period, credits, contract terms, onboarding, and add-ons. Do not compare a published entry price with a customized enterprise quote as though they were equivalent.
  6. Compliance and governance: Ask vendors about data sourcing, retention, security, and regional requirements, then confirm lawful-use obligations with your organization’s legal or compliance team.

A practical shortlist by need

  • LinkedIn relationships are central: Keep Sales Navigator on the shortlist and compare its tiers against the specific LinkedIn discovery, alert, and CRM functions your sellers rely on.
  • You want contact data and outreach in one workflow: Evaluate Apollo, with a credit-use estimate and a regional data test before committing.
  • You are considering a sales-led or enterprise purchase: Request comparable quotes from ZoomInfo and Cognism, and test sample records against the same target accounts and personas.
  • You have a different specialist workflow: Lusha, Clay, LeadIQ, Kaspr, UpLead, RocketReach, Evaboot, and PhantomBuster surfaced as other comparison candidates, but they are not automatically direct substitutes. Add one only if its specific workflow fits your requirements.
