Set number is the quickest way to identify which one you mean. Their size, style, figures, and intended use differ substantially.

How the three Arkham sets differ
7785: a 2006 version
Set 7785 is the earliest of these releases. Brickset records it as a 2006 set with seven minifigures and an 8–12 age range. Its piece count is unsettled across catalogs: Brickset records 860 pieces, while BrickLink lists 831 parts for 7785-1. Brickset’s $79.99 figure is the original US retail price, not a current resale estimate. Brickset’s 7785 record and BrickLink’s 7785-1 record show the catalog details.
70912: a movie-themed playset
LEGO identifies 70912 as a retired The LEGO Batman Movie product. Its 1,628 pieces form a play-focused asylum with rooms including Dr. Harleen Quinzel’s office, a ward office, four cells, an X-ray security scanner, a canteen, a visitors’ room, and a laundry room. Outside the main building are a separate five-story lookout tower and a police car.

See LEGO’s 70912 product page and Brickset’s 70912 record.

Which set is the better fit?
- For identifying an older collection or specific build: check the set number first. The word “Arkham” alone does not distinguish the releases.
- For room-by-room play features: 70912 is explicitly described with multiple rooms, a separate tower, and a police car.
- For an adult-oriented build with modular access: 76300 is the release LEGO labels 18+, with three building sections and removable interior access.
- For a 2006-era version: 7785 is the oldest of the three, though its cataloged piece total varies by source.
Availability and price: what to check
Original retail prices are historical, while a current resale price depends on the seller and listing. LEGO labels 70912 retired, and a retired-set price should not be inferred from its original $149.99 US retail price. Similarly, 7785’s $79.99 is its historical US retail price. For 76300, the $299.99 figure is the LEGO US listing accessed in 2026; prices and stock status can change. Confirm the live listing and regional currency before buying.
