Alternatives with damage or support value
The guide also recognizes Geburo, Chihora, and Cursed Love for damage or support value. The Black Knight is noted for a passive support buff. That can make a weapon worthwhile even when it is not your primary source of damage: compare what its passive adds to your main moveset rather than judging it only by its own attacks. The accessible guide places Araya and Procurator at the top of its ability ranking. It credits Araya with high damage and critical bursts. Procurator has a more complex, phase-based moveset and may outdamage Araya when mastered, making it a higher-execution choice rather than an automatic upgrade for every player.

Support, area damage, and mobility
Benimaro and Shinru are described as support-oriented alternatives. Limitless Vessel offers area damage and crowd control, while Storm Esper trades lower damage for area attacks and flight utility. If you need control or movement more than peak damage, those qualities may matter more than a tier difference.
A search-result version of the guide reports that Queen of Hatred was added as an S-tier ability on October 5, 2026. That entry is missing from the accessible page body, so its placement should be verified against the current live guide or game information before relying on it.

Top-ranked styles
The September 14 page places Yhwach/Almighty and The World (Over Heaven) at the top, followed by Abyssal Karate and Star Platinum. Yhwach/Almighty has very high potential when its mode activates, but the guide says activation is harder than with some alternatives. The World (Over Heaven) pairs damage with time-stop and support utility; Star Platinum also provides time stop.
When a lower-ranked style still fits
A lower placement does not make a style useless. The guide notes that some styles can contribute passive support, and highlights Saiyan as an accessible damage buff. A style that improves your main weapon or ability can be a better fit than one with a higher standalone ranking.

- Full-rotation damage: Consider burst, damage over time, follow-ups, critical damage, and whether a form or passive must first activate or stack.
- Reliability and execution: A powerful mode with demanding activation conditions or a complicated rotation may be less dependable than a simpler option.
- Utility: Mobility, time stop, crowd control, shields, and damage reduction can be more valuable than a modest increase in raw damage.
- Support effects: A weapon, ability, or style with a passive buff can strengthen your main moveset even if its own damage is lower.
- Progression and activity: Some options are presented as beginner or mid-game choices. Do not assume an end-game tier placement makes an option the best choice while progressing.
For PvP, weigh control, mobility, and how consistently you can execute your rotation against an opponent. For PvE, consider sustained damage, area attacks, and whether the build helps with groups of enemies. These are decision criteria, not mode-specific test results from the tier list.
