LandBridge subsidiary DBR Land Holdings LLC completed a $125 million private placement of additional 6.250% senior notes due 2030, according to an October 1, 2026 report by Investing.com. LandBridge’s September 22 announcement had priced the notes and said closing was expected October 1, subject to customary conditions.
What are the terms of LandBridge’s $125 million notes offering?
DBR Land Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of LandBridge Company LLC, priced $125 million in additional senior notes on September 22, 2026. The offering was increased from the previously announced $100 million size. LandBridge’s release said: “The Offering was upsized from the previously announced offering size of $100 million.”
| Term | Details |
|---|---|
| Issuer | DBR Land Holdings LLC, a LandBridge subsidiary |
| Additional principal | $125 million |
| Coupon | 6.250% |
| Maturity | 2030 |
| Issue price | 99.375% of par |

The new notes were issued as additional notes under the November 25, 2025 indenture for $500 million of existing 6.250% senior notes due 2030. LandBridge said the additional notes would have the same terms as the existing notes, except for their issue date and price, and would be treated as part of the same series for indenture purposes. The pricing and indenture details were disclosed in the September 22, 2026 Form 8-K and issuer release.
What will LandBridge use the note proceeds for?
LandBridge said it intended to use the net proceeds to repay a portion of borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility. That is the stated intended use, not confirmation that repayment occurred or a disclosure of the amount ultimately repaid.
