The company says it can optimize latency, cost, and conversation quality, but its public materials do not establish a standalone launch date, current general availability, pricing, or independent proof of its performance claims.
What Autoloop does
Autoloop is presented as proprietary technology within Kore.ai’s enterprise agent platform, rather than as a separately documented product. Kore.ai says it helps teams deploy agents faster and improve them continuously against relevant outcomes. Its stated cycle is to test an agent, diagnose problems, make or validate changes, and retest—before launch and after an agent is live. Kore.ai’s AI-native Agent Platform page describes these capabilities.
The vendor identifies latency, cost, and conversation quality as optimization outcomes. It also says requirements can be linked to the conversations used to test them, giving teams evidence to assess readiness. The page does not specify the exact metrics, thresholds, or evaluation methods used.
How the post-launch tuning cycle is described
- Evaluate: Test the agent against relevant requirements and outcomes, including conversations that can be connected to those requirements.
- Diagnose: Identify issues that may affect performance or quality.
- Change and validate: Apply or propose fixes and check the changes.
- Retest: Run tests again to see whether the changes address the issue and support the intended outcomes.
Kore.ai says this cycle continues after deployment as well as during development. Its public description does not explain which changes are applied automatically, which require human approval, how teams set guardrails, or what controls are available for reverting a change.

Autoloop and Kore.ai’s related platform features
Kore.ai’s platform page also describes functions that appear related to agent improvement, but does not fully define the boundary between them and Autoloop.
- AI Insights: Monitoring for quality, safety, cost, performance, return on investment, and compliance.
- Arch Analysis: Surfacing agent issues and recommending changes.
- Auto-Tuning: Adjusting prompts, tools, and flows based on real-world signals and outcome data.
- Lifecycle management: Managing versions, experiments, rollouts, and rollbacks.
These descriptions suggest a broader platform workflow around observing and improving agents. They do not establish precisely which tasks Autoloop performs itself versus which are handled by adjacent capabilities.

What Kore.ai’s speed claims mean
Kore.ai says Autoloop “eliminates weeks of manual agent engineering” and promotes a build-to-launch timeline of “days instead of weeks.” Those are vendor marketing claims, not independently verified results: the cited materials provide no comparative study, benchmark, sample, or measurement method. They do not establish how much time a particular organization would save.
Launch context, availability, and pricing
Kore.ai announced the Artemis edition of its Agent Platform on May 21, 2026, describing it as an AI-native platform for building, governing, and optimizing agents, systems, and workflows. The announcement said the platform launched initially on Microsoft Azure, with broader cloud availability to follow. This provides context for the platform, but does not establish a separate Autoloop launch date or confirm its current availability. Read Kore.ai’s Artemis announcement.

The available official materials do not state Autoloop’s price, commercial packaging, or whether it can be purchased separately. They also do not confirm current general availability. Organizations considering it should request current details from Kore.ai rather than infer them from the platform announcement. Kore.ai’s newsroom is its official source for announcements.

- Which quality, safety, latency, cost, and outcome signals can the system measure, and how are they defined?
- Are changes applied automatically, or can teams require human review and approval?
- How are test evidence, versions, staged rollouts, and rollbacks connected?
- Which cloud environments, integrations, and deployment configurations are supported now?
- What does Autoloop cost, how is it packaged, and is it available independently or only through the wider platform?
Those details matter because continuous tuning is only useful when teams can inspect the evidence behind a change, control how it reaches production, and recover if an update has an unintended effect. Kore.ai’s public product description names testing, retesting, and lifecycle-management capabilities, but does not provide enough implementation detail to answer these questions or compare performance with alternatives.
