JGINYUE is reported to be selling a PCIe add-in card built around AMD’s B650 chipset, with four M.2 positions and extra USB and network connectivity. VideoCardz reported a price of 388 RMB—about $58—and said availability outside China had not been confirmed. That is a reported China-market price, not a verified US retail price.

What the JGINYUE B650 card reportedly includes

The card uses AMD’s B650 Promontory 21 chipset as an expansion controller and connects to the computer through PCIe 4.0 x4. VideoCardz reports four M.2 positions, a 6-pin PCIe auxiliary power connector, and mounting points for an optional 40 mm fan. The fan is not included, and the reported fan header does not provide speed control. JGINYUE reportedly recommends connecting auxiliary power, particularly when all four M.2 positions are populated. VideoCardz’s report

WCCFtech reports that the card also has a 10 Gbps USB Type-C port, two USB Type-A ports, and 2.5 GbE networking. A version with a 20 Gbps USB-C port was announced for a later date; that was a planned variant, not a confirmed feature of the reported shipping configuration. WCCFtech’s report

Can it add four NVMe drives without motherboard bifurcation?

The card is reported not to depend on the motherboard’s PCIe bifurcation support. That can make it an option for a system whose motherboard cannot split a PCIe slot into multiple device links, but it does not mean the card gives every M.2 drive a separate, full-width connection to the computer.

SABRENT M.2 NVMe SSD to PCIe x16 Adapter Card, Gen5, Heatsink
  • NVMe M-KEY DRIVES ONLY, NOT SATA: This card takes M.2 M-key NVMe SSDs in the 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 lengths, plus older B+M key PCIe (AHCI/NVMe) drives. It does NOT support SATA M.2 drives — if your drive says SATA on the label, it will not work here. Your motherboard also has to be NVMe-capable to boot or see the drive.
  • GEN5 SPEED COMES FROM YOUR SLOT: The card connects at x4 and supports up to PCIe 5.0, for up to 16GBps bidirectional when the host slot is Gen5. In a Gen4 or Gen3 slot it runs at that slot's speed, not Gen5 — the card cannot add a generation your motherboard doesn't have. Check your slot generation before you buy if Gen5 throughput is the goal.
  • ONE DRIVE, x16 CONNECTOR, NO BIFURCATION NEEDED: This is a single M.2 card with an x16 physical edge for stability, and it may fit some x4/x8 slots. Because it uses one drive it does not need motherboard bifurcation support. Confirm you have a free full-length PCIe slot and clearance around it — a tall CPU cooler, GPU or fan sitting over the slot can block the card.
  • TOOL-FREE INSTALL, NO SCREWS: Drop the SSD in and lock it down without hunting for a tiny M.2 screw or a screwdriver. Nothing to lose, nothing to strip, and the drive comes back out just as fast when you want to move it to another machine.
  • COOL AND QUIET, NO FAN: A built-in aluminum heatsink and thermal padding keep the SSD's temperature down under sustained load with no active cooling, so there is no extra fan noise in the case. It is SABRENT — register your product on the manufacturer's website for technical support.

All devices on the card ultimately share its PCIe 4.0 x4 connection to the host. Four sockets provide room to install multiple drives; they do not create four independent x4 paths. The practical throughput available to devices together is bounded by that shared upstream connection, especially when several are active at once. Phoronix explains this bandwidth-sharing arrangement in its review of the related Lekuo card, not in a test of JGINYUE’s model. Phoronix’s Lekuo review

What to check before buying

  • Availability and price: VideoCardz reported 388 RMB, approximately $58, and said overseas availability was unconfirmed. The report does not establish a US listing or final local price. VideoCardz
  • Host slot: Confirm your system has a suitable PCIe slot and that its physical placement leaves room for the card and any installed drives. The reported host interface is PCIe 4.0 x4; the reports do not establish compatibility with every motherboard.
  • Drive layout and bandwidth: Check the card’s documentation for which M.2 positions accept your intended drives and how devices share bandwidth. The reports establish four M.2 positions but do not provide a per-slot connection-width breakdown.
  • Power and cooling: The card has a 6-pin auxiliary power connector, which JGINYUE reportedly recommends using, especially with all four M.2 positions filled. The optional 40 mm fan is not included, and its reported header lacks speed control. VideoCardz
  • Operating-system support: The cited reports do not establish JGINYUE-specific operating-system compatibility through independent testing. Do not assume another B650 card’s compatibility results apply to this one.

How it compares with other B650 expansion cards

Other cards built around the B650 chipset have different feature sets and evidence behind them. Their prices are not direct like-for-like comparisons with the reported JGINYUE figure.

What is—and is not—established about JGINYUE’s card

The reported specifications make the card notable for combining four M.2 positions with USB and 2.5 GbE connectivity on a PCIe 4.0 x4 add-in card. However, the cited coverage is based on reports drawing on company and hardware-community posts, not an independent hands-on test of JGINYUE’s card. It does not establish tested performance, guaranteed compatibility with every motherboard, or a confirmed retail configuration beyond the reported details. Prices and planned variants may change.
