For Windows PC, 2K Support also said the Standard Edition could be played through Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Ultimate Pass starting April 3, 2026. 2K’s Windows PC guidance is specific to that platform.
Why does the Xbox store page say it is included?
The Xbox product listing still displays “Included with Game Pass,” but Xbox’s later, dated August 2026 catalog update lists NBA 2K26 among the games leaving September 6, 2026, across Cloud, Console, and PC. The dated removal notice is the clearer evidence for current availability; the store-page label appears not to have caught up.
