Intel Arc graphics driver 32.0.101.8247 is a Non-WHQL Windows release dated October 23, 2025. It added Game On support for six titles and listed fixes for two game crashes, but it also documented several known issues. It is a historical release, not Intel’s current listed Arc driver: Intel’s download page lists 32.0.101.9034 as of October 8, 2026. Check Intel’s Arc driver download page before installing, since the current listing can change.
What changed in version 32.0.101.8247?
Intel’s release notes identify version 32.0.101.8247 as a Non-WHQL driver released on October 23, 2025. The notes list new Game On support and targeted fixes; they do not report a performance percentage or benchmark result for the release.
New Game On support
Intel lists support for these six games on Arc B-series, Arc A-series, and Core Ultra systems with built-in Arc graphics:
- ARC Raiders
- Europa Universalis V
- Football Manager 26
- Jurassic World Evolution 3
- The Outer Worlds 2
- Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2
Issues Intel says it fixed
- Satisfactory: On Arc B-series and A-series graphics, the game could crash at launch when using Vulkan. Intel recommended using the default DX12 API.
- World of Warcraft: Dragonflight: On Arc B-series, A-series, and Core Ultra Series 1 and 2 integrated Arc graphics, the game could crash while switching the graphics API to DX11.
- Intel Graphics Software: On certain built-in Intel graphics, the app could crash when changing the monitor source to a wireless monitor on the Display page.
These are the fixes Intel names in the release notes, not a guarantee that every other issue is resolved.

What known issues remain?
Intel’s notes identify the following issues for specific graphics products and software. The list describes possible problems; it does not mean every user will encounter them.
Arc B-series
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (DX12): Intermittent corruption may appear on some water surfaces.
- Visual corruption may occur in some scenarios involving interactions between multiple applications.
- PugetBench for DaVinci Resolve Studio: A benchmark may intermittently crash. Intel recommends setting PugetBench’s timeout slider to 1500 seconds or higher so each test can complete.
Arc A-series
- Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (DX12): The game may crash with ray tracing and XeSS enabled.
- PugetBench for DaVinci Resolve Studio: A benchmark may intermittently crash. Intel recommends setting the timeout slider to 1500 seconds or higher.
Core Ultra Series 2 integrated Arc graphics
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 6: Some water surfaces may show corruption.
- World of Warcraft: Dragonflight: Switching the graphics API to DX11 may crash the game.
- Topaz Video AI: Visual artifacts may appear with certain AI models.
Intel Graphics Software and Performance Tuning
- On Windows 10, resetting all Intel Graphics Software settings may intermittently crash the app; resetting settings on individual pages is described as working.
- Rearranging metrics may cause a one-time crash the first time the feature is used.
- Performance Tuning is marked Beta. Intel warns that performance and features may behave unexpectedly. In multi-GPU systems, the tuning page may apply changes to more than one capable device instead of only the selected GPU.

For laptops and prebuilt PCs, Intel advises checking the computer manufacturer’s driver. Intel’s generic graphics package can overwrite an OEM-customized driver, and manufacturers may package platform-specific customizations. The appropriate choice depends on your system and the issue you are trying to solve; neither the generic package nor an OEM package is universally preferable.
Check before installing
- Identify your exact GPU and Windows version, then compare them with the 8247 release notes’ supported-platform and operating-system lists.
- Check your PC manufacturer’s support page if you use a laptop or prebuilt system and want its validated or customized driver.
- Compare the complete driver build number and verify the download’s hardware and OS coverage. Intel explains that the full build number is important when determining which graphics driver is newer: Intel’s graphics driver version-number guide.
- Install 8247 only if its support or fix is relevant to your setup, and take account of the known issues listed above.
Intel’s driver-selection guidance also recommends checking the computer manufacturer for system-specific packages: Intel graphics driver update options.
