Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteकम पावर वाले PC पर YouTube के लिए 720p, 30 fps cartoon stream शुरू करने का व्यावहारिक आधार H.264 और 4 Mbps video bitrate है। लेकिन यह सेटिंग हर PC या इंटरनेट कनेक्शन पर लगातार चलने की गारंटी नहीं देती—पहले वास्तविक वीडियो और ऑडियो के साथ test करें, OBS में dropped frames और YouTube Live Control Room में stream health देखें, फिर जरूरत के अनुसार bitrate या PC का load घटाएं। 24/7 चलाने के लिए PC और internet connection को चालू रखना होगा; archive चाहिए तो 12 घंटे से छोटी sessions रखें। केवल वही cartoons चलाएं जिनके प्रसारण और संगीत के अधिकार आपके पास हैं।
शुरू करने से पहले: खाते, सामग्री और कनेक्शन की जांच
YouTube channel पात्रता
- Live stream के लिए channel verified होना चाहिए।
- पिछले 90 दिनों में channel पर live-stream restrictions नहीं होनी चाहिए।
यह जांच पहले कर लें ताकि encoder और PC की सेटिंग बनाने के बाद account restriction के कारण stream रुक न जाए। YouTube की live streaming guidance देखें।
Cartoon के प्रसारण अधिकार
YouTube live streams को third-party copyrighted content के लिए scan करता है। पहचान होने पर warning, placeholder image, अस्थायी interruption या stream termination हो सकती है। Cartoon, उसके soundtrack और अन्य music के प्रसारण सहित जरूरी अधिकार आपके पास होने चाहिए। किसी तीसरे पक्ष से license मिला हो, तब भी rights owner से अपने channel को Content ID allowlist में जोड़ने की जरूरत जांचें। YouTube के terms के अनुसार creator के पास सामग्री के जरूरी worldwide exploitation rights होने चाहिए। YouTube की copyright guidance और YouTube Terms of Service पढ़ें।
Upload connection
ISP plan पर लिखी upload speed को लगातार उपलब्ध throughput न मानें। अपने स्थान और इस्तेमाल के समय पर upload गति जांचें; stream के लिए ऐसी स्थिर गति चाहिए जो चुने हुए bitrate को बनाए रख सके। हो सके तो PC को router से Ethernet cable से जोड़ें। OBS wired connection की सिफारिश करता है क्योंकि Wi-Fi अस्थिर हो सकता है।

YouTube और OBS में 720p/30 की शुरुआती सेटिंग
- YouTube Live Control Room में encoder stream बनाएं: server URL और stream key लें। Stream key को password की तरह सुरक्षित रखें—इसे सार्वजनिक न करें। YouTube का recommended ingest protocol RTMPS है।
- OBS में stream connection सेट करें: YouTube से मिला server URL और stream key OBS के stream settings में डालें। OBS की version के अनुसार UI labels अलग दिख सकते हैं।
- वीडियो output सेट करें: resolution 1280×720 और frame rate 30 fps रखें।
- Encoder और bitrate सेट करें: H.264 चुनें और video bitrate 4 Mbps रखें। YouTube 240p–720p at 30 fps के लिए H.264 पर 4 Mbps recommended bitrate बताता है। यह platform recommendation है, आपके PC, ISP या route पर performance की गारंटी नहीं।
- लंबा चलाने से पहले test करें: cartoon का representative motion और audio चलाकर test stream करें। OBS में dropped-frames counter और YouTube Live Control Room में stream health देखें।
OBS का stream bitrate video सहित कुल upload speed के लगभग 75% से शुरू करने का troubleshooting guideline है, लेकिन इसे स्थिरता की गारंटी न समझें। YouTube की 4 Mbps recommendation और OBS की upload-headroom सलाह को साथ रखकर अपने वास्तविक connection पर test करें। यदि upload अस्थिर हो या dropped frames बढ़ें, bitrate घटाकर फिर test करें।
कम पावर वाले PC पर encoding और rendering का load घटाएं
720p/30 एक उपयोगी शुरुआती बिंदु है, लेकिन हर PC इसे लगातार encode कर पाएगा, यह तय नहीं किया जा सकता। PC का CPU/GPU और encoder support यहां ज्ञात नहीं है; sustained test ही बताएगा कि आपकी मशीन संभाल सकती है या नहीं।

- Resolution घटाएं: OBS के अनुसार output resolution कम करने से encoder load कम हो सकता है। यदि 720p पर encoding overload हो, तो कम resolution पर test करें।
- Frame rate घटाएं: 30 fps से नीचे जाने पर rendering और encoding दोनों का काम कम हो सकता है। Smooth motion जरूरी हो तो पहले resolution घटाने का असर जांचें।
- Scene सरल रखें: अनावश्यक overlays, animated elements और जटिल scene से बचें; simple scenes rendering का काम कम कर सकते हैं।
- समस्या का प्रकार पहचानें: dropped frames connection की ओर संकेत करते हैं; encoding या rendering overload हो तो resolution, frame rate और scene complexity पर काम करें।

24/7 stream, YouTube archive और local recording
लगातार 24 घंटे चलती stream और उसका archive अलग बातें हैं। YouTube 12 घंटे से कम के streams को अपने-आप archive कर सकता है; 12 घंटे से अधिक लंबी stream शायद capture ही न हो। इसलिए archive जरूरी हो तो 12 घंटे से छोटी sessions बनाएं और local recording को backup रखें। YouTube की archive live streams guidance के अनुसार 12 घंटे पार stream बिल्कुल capture न भी हो सकती है।

यदि एक ही stream को 24/7 बनाए रखना प्राथमिकता है, तो PC, router और stable upload connection को लगातार चालू रखने तथा outage के बाद stream दोबारा शुरू करने की योजना बनाएं। Local recording backup archive का विकल्प है, लेकिन वह YouTube archive की गारंटी नहीं देता।

भारत में बिजली और खर्च का सही हिसाब
किसी खास PC के wattage या देशभर के बिजली खर्च का भरोसेमंद एकल आंकड़ा यहां उपलब्ध नहीं है। अपने PC की वास्तविक steady-state power draw बिजली meter से मापें और अपने स्थानीय tariff के हिसाब से खर्च निकालें। इसी तरह अपने ISP की upload गति अलग-अलग समय पर जांचें; nominal plan speed को पूरे दिन उपलब्ध मानकर न चलें।
