When a customer returns with the same problem, support should be able to see what failed, what was tried, and whether the attempted fix actually worked. A project described by SripriyaMallari takes that idea on by retrieving relevant customer history before an agent chooses the next step. The source article’s title calls the project “Resolvel0,” while its body calls the application “ResolveIQ”; the naming is inconsistent, so both spellings are retained here.
How can customer support remember what it already tried?
In SripriyaMallari’s September 28, 2026, DEV Community account, the answer is to connect a support application to persistent memory. When a new issue arrives, the application retrieves semantically relevant past interactions associated with the customer and presents that customer history to inform the agent’s next decision.
The described workflow is: current issue → memory retrieval → historical context → escalation guidance. The aim is not generic chatbot automation; it is avoiding repeated troubleshooting when useful history would otherwise be disconnected from the new case.
What the ResolveIQ workflow does
The author describes a Streamlit-based support app connected to Hindsight persistent memory. An agent supplies a customer identifier and the current issue. The app retrieves relevant history, then evaluates it for recurring problems, previous verification or troubleshooting, and signs of customer frustration.

The author illustrates the Hindsight integration with its Python client and an asynchronous recall request that uses bank_id="resolveiq" and a query. This describes the integration at a high level; it does not establish how the application is hosted or how it performs in a live support environment.
Example: a payment failure after bank verification
The article’s example follows customer C102, whose payment failure recurs. In the earlier case, support asked the customer to complete bank verification. That step was completed, but the issue later returned.

- Digital Stereo Sound: Fine-tuned drivers provide enhanced digital audio for music, calls, meetings and more
- Rotating Noise Canceling Mic: Minimizes unwanted background noise for clear conversations; the rotating boom arm can be tucked out of the way when you’re not using it

- Padded Comfort: Comfortable headphones with adjustable headband features swivel-mounted, leatherette ear cushions for hours of comfort and is easy to clean
With the earlier interaction recalled, the agent can see that bank verification has already been done and the problem remains unresolved. Instead of restarting with the same verification request, the agent can review the previous case and consider escalation. The memory supplies context; it does not diagnose or fix the payment failure.
What the example demonstrates—and what it does not
SripriyaMallari describes the benefit as giving an agent relevant history before they repeat a step: “The difference is not that the system magically solves the payment problem. The difference is that the agent receives relevant history before repeating a step that has already been attempted.”

That is the design’s stated value, not a measured outcome. The article reports no quantified reduction in repeated steps, customer-satisfaction result, accuracy evaluation, or comparison with a baseline. Its C102 scenario is illustrative, not evidence of independently verified performance.

The account does not explain how the system handles incorrect or stale memories, identity collisions, access controls, deletion requests, or sensitive information. Those are important implementation questions, but the article does not establish that the project has any particular safeguard—or that it has a particular defect.
