Hostinger Agent can create a website through Hostinger AI Builder or set up a WordPress foundation. For a generated site you can edit visually or by chat, choose AI Builder; choose WordPress when your project depends on a plugin or tool AI Builder does not support. In either case, review the plan and result carefully before publishing.
Choose the right Hostinger Agent route
Start by listing the website’s purpose, audience, required pages, preferred style, and any essential functions such as appointment booking. Hostinger says Agent uses the project description and tool requirements to recommend a platform.

AI Builder’s manual mode is for visual editing; its agentic mode lets you describe changes in natural language. Hostinger describes browser-based web applications as possible, but says native iOS App Store and Google Play apps are not supported. A responsive website or web app is not the same as a native mobile app.
Prepare a useful project brief
A specific description gives Agent clearer requirements to work from, though it does not guarantee a particular result. Include:

- What the site is for and who it serves.
- Your business or project type and the pages you need.
- The visual direction, such as a clean, editorial layout or a bright, playful style.
- Must-have functions or integrations, including booking or appointment management.
For example: “Create a site for a neighborhood bicycle repair shop. The audience is local cyclists. Include Home, Services, About, and Contact pages, use a practical and welcoming style, and provide a way to request an appointment.” Add real business details when available, but avoid treating generated copy or images as verified facts.
Start an AI Builder agentic project
- In your Hostinger dashboard, create a website and select AI Builder.
- Choose agentic mode and describe the website using your brief.
- Optionally provide an image or PDF as a reference. The setup flow also allows you to use a custom domain or a temporary domain.
- Answer Agent’s follow-up questions, or let it draft a project brief.
Check the brief before Agent builds
Review the confirmation card and full brief before approving the build. Check that the planned pages, sections, design direction, and functions match your needs. Correct missing pages, inaccurate assumptions, or integrations the platform may not support. Confirm to begin the build, or deny it to revise the brief.

Review the generated website
AI Builder can create a home page and requested pages, with text, images, and working forms. Some text or images may be placeholders, so check each page rather than assuming the generated material is ready to represent your business.
- Replace placeholders with accurate names, contact details, service descriptions, prices, and images.
- Compare the actual pages and design with the brief you approved.
- Test forms and requested functions, including any booking flow.
- Use the preview and device controls to inspect the site at different screen sizes, including mobile.
Edit the site, then publish it
In AI Builder, use manual mode to make changes in the visual editor, or agentic mode to describe a change and review it before confirming the rebuild. A new agentic project remains private until its first publication.

- Finish reviewing and editing the site in the editor.
- Select Publish to make the site available at its URL.
- Open the published URL and check the live site. After making changes to a live site, publish again and verify the result in a private or incognito browser window.
If you recently connected a custom domain, DNS propagation can take up to 24 hours globally, according to Hostinger’s publishing help article. Agentic mode also displays AI credit usage and options to upgrade a plan or top up; credit allocations and plan terms depend on the account and can change.
