To stop every ASOS app alert, turn off ASOS notifications in your phone’s settings. To keep some alerts, use the notification controls in the ASOS app and switch off only the types you don’t want.
Choose between selected alerts and all alerts
ASOS has notification preferences for alert types such as stock updates, delivery and returns, discounts, and new drops. Use those in-app controls if you want to keep some ASOS push notifications. To block all notifications from the app, use your phone’s system settings instead.

Turn off selected notifications in the ASOS app
- Open the ASOS app.
- Go to My Account > Notifications.
- Switch off the toggles for the alert types you no longer want.
ASOS Customer Care describes these preferences for selecting notification types. Switching off an enabled toggle is the practical way to disable that type; the exact options may change.
Turn off all ASOS notifications on iPhone
- Open Settings.
- Tap Apps > ASOS > Notifications.
- Turn off Allow Notifications.
This blocks ASOS app notifications at the iPhone system level. Apple’s notification settings also control how alerts appear and whether they make a sound when notifications are allowed. Apple’s instructions were published April 7, 2026. [Apple Support]

Turn off all ASOS notifications on Android
- Open Settings.
- Tap Notifications > App notifications.
- Select ASOS and turn notifications off.
Android menu names can vary by device. If the route above differs on your phone, touch and hold an ASOS notification, then open its notification settings. Some devices let you switch off individual notification categories; their availability and labels depend on the device and app. [Android Help]
Push notifications are separate from email and text
These steps control ASOS app push notifications; they do not unsubscribe you from ASOS emails or texts. Manage those separately in the app under My Account > Contact Preferences. ASOS says email unsubscribe changes can take up to seven days to take effect; that timing applies to email, not push notifications. [ASOS Customer Care]
