Before you start
- Keep both phones available, charged, and unlocked while you follow the prompts on each device.
- Look for Clone Phone on the Find X10. OPPO’s published steps are general Android-to-OPPO guidance, not instructions confirmed for every Find X10 regional software build. The Find X10 page cited here is for China, so app availability and menu labels may vary by region. OPPO Find X10 specifications.
- If Clone Phone is missing or the screens differ, check OPPO support for your device’s region instead of assuming the labels below will match exactly.
Transfer data with Clone Phone
- On the old Android phone, install and open Clone Phone. Follow the app’s prompts to identify the old phone.
- On the Find X10, open Clone Phone and choose the option indicating that this is the new phone.
- On the new phone, select “Other Android” as the old phone type if prompted. OPPO’s general guide describes this option for Android-to-OPPO transfers.
- Use Clone Phone on the old device to scan the QR code displayed on the Find X10.
- If prompted to join a Wi-Fi network, approve the connection on the old phone and continue.
- Choose the data categories you want to copy, then follow the remaining prompts on both phones until the transfer finishes.
OPPO Support describes Clone Phone as a way to share photos, contacts, and apps, but the app’s stated exclusions mean this should not be read as a guarantee that every app or its data will move. What can transfer—and what may need separate setup
OPPO’s general guide lists these selectable categories for Android-to-OPPO migration:
- Contacts, SMS, and call records
- Pictures, audio, and video
- Applications
- Calendar events, notes, alarms, and wallpapers
- Some system settings
Selection does not guarantee that every item in a category will copy. OPPO warns that some app data may not transfer, while its support article identifies data that cannot be cloned:

- Security information, including face data, fingerprints, and screen-lock passwords
- Incompatible apps or their data
- Data in a system clone
Keep your app login details available. After migration, check that important apps and files are present, sign in again where needed, and configure sensitive or hardware-bound items on the Find X10 as required.
If Clone Phone is unavailable or the transfer is incomplete
The official instructions cited here establish Clone Phone as the general OPPO migration path; they do not establish a second Find X10-specific transfer method. If the app is absent or the transfer cannot include a particular category, consult OPPO support for your region and verify that data category separately. For anything listed as non-cloneable, plan to restore or configure it independently. The cited OPPO flow uses the app, a QR code, and Wi-Fi; it does not require a USB cable.
