Open that Pokémon’s summary and look for the Evolve option. A costume by itself does not tell you whether a specific Pokémon can evolve; check the individual specimen and any requirements shown in the game.
Check the Pokémon’s summary

In Pokémon GO, open your Pokémon inventory and select the costumed Pokémon you want to check.

On its summary screen, look for the Evolve button. Niantic’s evolution instructions direct players to select a Pokémon and use this button to evolve it.

If the button is available, review the displayed cost and requirements before proceeding. If it is absent, check whether the game shows a condition you still need to meet.

Check requirements beyond Candy
Evolution may require more than Candy. Depending on the Pokémon, Niantic lists possible requirements such as an evolution item, completing a task, eligibility for trade evolution, being near a particular lure, or walking the Pokémon as your buddy. Follow the conditions displayed for that Pokémon rather than assuming every evolution works the same way.
Use inventory search to narrow the collection
Niantic’s Pokémon inventory search guide describes evolve as a filter for Pokémon eligible to evolve and costume as a filter for costumed Pokémon. These searches can help you find candidates, but the guide does not establish that combining the filters confirms eligibility for a particular costume. Open the individual Pokémon’s summary to check.

Evolution eligibility and the evolved Pokémon’s costume are different questions
Whether a costumed Pokémon can evolve is not the same as whether its evolved form will wear that costume. Pokémon GO’s Fashion Week 2022 announcement listed both Diglett and Dugtrio wearing fashionable costumes, showing that this particular design was represented at two evolutionary stages. That event example does not establish what happens with other costume designs.

The official support materials explain how to check evolution and search the inventory, but they do not provide an exhaustive, current catalog of which costume variants can evolve. For a specific Pokémon, use its in-game summary and the requirements shown there instead of inferring eligibility from its costume or from another event’s Pokémon.
