To see your TickTick tasks on both your phone and computer, open TickTick on each device and access the account that contains those tasks. TickTick says it syncs in real time across devices, but its published pages do not provide a complete setup sequence or guarantee a particular sync speed. If tasks remain missing, check the account first, then contact TickTick support rather than importing data as a routine refresh.
How TickTick syncs across devices
TickTick’s product page says, “Whether it’s your phone, computer, tablet, or watch, TickTick offers real-time sync and seamless experience.” That is TickTick’s product claim, not an independent test of sync speed or reliability. The company lists apps for iOS/iPadOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux, along with browser extensions and a web app. See TickTick’s product features and available downloads.
There is no special phone-to-computer pairing process described in the official pages reviewed. Start by opening TickTick on both devices and checking that each is accessing the account where the tasks are stored. The published information does not establish a universal account-screen path or a manual refresh button, so the exact controls may depend on the client.
What to check if tasks are missing
- Check the account on each device. Confirm that you are accessing the account expected to contain the missing tasks. This is a practical first check, not a documented TickTick sync troubleshooting sequence.
- Give the clients another look. Reopen the relevant TickTick app or web app and check whether the tasks appear. TickTick describes sync as real time, but its public pages do not specify a waiting period or a universal refresh action.
- Contact TickTick if the problem persists. The Help Center provides a contact route. Device-specific fixes, offline-edit behavior, and a complete sync troubleshooting flow are not established in the official pages cited here.
Do not use backup and import as a sync refresh
TickTick documents web-based backup and import, including backing up one account and importing that backup into another to merge account data. This is an account migration or merge option, not a routine way to make phone and computer changes sync. Importing can change the destination account’s contents, so do not use it to address a temporary delay. See TickTick’s backup guidance and FAQ information about merging accounts.
