To share a Prezi, open the presentation’s three-dot menu on your dashboard, select Share, then copy or create a view link. Before sending it, check who can access the presentation. A view link lets people watch but does not let them edit; invite collaborators separately if they need to work on it.
Share a Prezi with a view link

Open your Prezi dashboard and find the presentation.

Select the presentation’s three-dot menu, then choose Share.

Review the presentation’s privacy and sharing settings. Copy an existing view link or create one, then send it to your audience. Prezi’s dashboard instructions describe the sharing controls for managing privacy, inviting collaborators, and copying a view link: Prezi’s sharing guide.

Recipients can open a view link without a Prezi account, according to the Prezi Present FAQ. They will need internet access to view the live presentation.
Choose the sharing method that fits

Control who can see the presentation
Prezi presentations may be public or restricted to selected collaborators or clients. Check the individual presentation’s privacy setting before sharing, especially if the material is not intended for a broad audience. Prezi’s sharing guide covers dashboard sharing and privacy controls.

For team accounts, an administrator can set certain privacy defaults for newly created team presentations. Those defaults do not change the settings of presentations that already exist. See Prezi’s team privacy guidance.

From the dashboard, open Sharing and privacy.

Choose Trackable Links, then create a link and configure its Analytics and viewer-identification options.

Share that link with viewers. Depending on the settings, they may be asked to provide a name and email.

Export a PDF or PowerPoint file
If recipients need an offline copy or a file for a conventional slide workflow, download a PDF or PPTX from the dashboard or editor. Prezi documents these options in its guides to downloading a presentation as a PDF and downloading a presentation as a PowerPoint. Because these exports are static, use a view link when the audience needs the live Prezi experience.
