To get a notification when PEPE reaches a target, use a trading or market app that supports the PEPE market you follow, then create an above- or below-price alert. In Coinbase mobile, add the asset to your watchlist and use the bell-plus control; Kraken supports market alerts on web and mobile. Availability depends on your region, account and trading pair, and an alert is a notification—not an automatic buy or sell order.
How do I set a price alert for PEPE?
- Check the market first. Open the exchange or market app you use and confirm that PEPE and the specific trading pair you follow are available to your account. Check the quote currency too: a target for PEPE/USD is not the same as a target for PEPE/EUR.
- Open the asset or market page. Find its alert control. In Coinbase mobile, first add the asset to your watchlist, then tap the bell-plus icon and choose Add Alert. Coinbase’s price-alert instructions describe custom targets above or below the current price.
- Set the trigger. Choose whether the alert should fire above or below your target, or select a percentage-based trigger if the app offers one. Enter the target in the quote currency shown for that market, then save.
- Enable delivery. Choose the available notification channel, such as push, in-app or email. For Kraken mobile push alerts, enable notifications both in your device settings and in the Kraken app.
- Review active alerts. Confirm that the alert is enabled and that its target still suits you. Kraken provides active and historical alert views, with edit and delete controls; Coinbase documents deleting custom alerts in notification settings.
Which apps support PEPE price alerts?
Support depends on the market and account, so these examples are not a guarantee that PEPE or a particular pair is available to every user.

Will a price alert automatically buy or sell PEPE?
No. Coinbase explicitly describes its price alerts as notifications that an asset has reached a price; they do not place an order. Treat an alert as a prompt to check the market and decide what to do. Do not assume an alert on another platform will submit an order unless that platform separately documents an order feature and you have configured it.

What if a PEPE alert does not arrive?
- Check app and device permissions. On Kraken, mobile push must be enabled both in the app and in your phone’s notification settings.
- Confirm the alert is still active. Review its threshold and status; edit or recreate it if needed.
- Check the exact market and quote currency. A different trading pair may have a different displayed price and may not be supported by the alert feature.
- Allow for delivery problems. Binance warns that app notifications can be delayed or missed under some network conditions. No cited guidance guarantees instant or uninterrupted delivery.
What to know about PEPE and meme-coin markets
PEPE is a meme coin, and the cited Kraken UK asset disclosure describes it as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum launched in April 2023. That jurisdiction-specific disclosure is not investment guidance. Before setting a threshold, make sure you are looking at the intended PEPE asset and market rather than relying on a symbol alone.
