To see webpages open on your Samsung phone or tablet, open Samsung Browser and tap the Tabs icon—the box or square with a number in the bottom toolbar. The tab overview shows your open pages; scroll through it and tap a page to return to it. Browser tabs are different from apps in Recents.
See and switch between open browser tabs

Open the Samsung Browser app. If you do not see it on your Home screen, look in the Apps screen or a Samsung folder.

Tap the Tabs icon in the bottom toolbar. Samsung describes it as a box or square with a number.

Scroll through the tab cards or list to find the webpage you want, then tap it to open that page.

Samsung’s browser guide also describes swiping left or right to switch tabs. These gestures can depend on the interface and toolbar arrangement on your device.
Change how the tab overview is displayed
If you prefer a different arrangement, open the tab overview, tap More options (the three vertical dots), choose View as, and select Grid, List, or Stack. Samsung lists these layouts but does not rank them; choose the one that makes it easiest for you to scan page titles or previews. The exact choices and appearance may vary by app version and device.

Close a tab or reopen one you closed

Close one page: Use the X on its tab card. Samsung’s guide also describes swiping up to close a tab; gesture behavior may vary by interface.

Close every tab: In the tab view, tap More options, choose Close all tabs, and confirm.

Reopen a closed tab: Tap More options > Reopen closed tab, then select the page.
These controls are described in Samsung’s tab-management instructions.

Find apps in Recents—not webpages
If by “open tabs” you mean apps you have used, open the device’s Recents screen using its navigation control. Recents lists apps opened on the device and lets you switch between or close them; it does not show individual webpages open inside Samsung Browser. See Samsung’s guide to using Recents.

Samsung documents a tablet option that combines the current website address and open tabs on one bar. As a result, the tab controls may not look like the bottom-toolbar layout described for phones. For the tablet option, see Samsung’s browser settings guide.

If Samsung Browser is missing or the controls look different
Samsung says its Browser app is available from the Play Store or Galaxy Store. Availability and the exact labels or icon placement can vary by region, device model, software version, and app build. Samsung’s general browser support guide covers tab management and settings.
If tabs seem to disappear, check whether automatic tab cleanup is enabled: in Samsung Browser, the documented choices include Never, After 7 days, After 30 days, and Within smart tab management. The setting is optional; use the choice that matches how you want older tabs handled. You can also create a group for related pages through More options > Create tab group. Labels and availability may vary by version.
