Older Metria guides describe rerolling by playing through the tutorial to Begius’ house, using the opening character gacha, then restarting if you do not like the result. A January 2025 community guide lists Title Screen > Account Deletion as the restart route, but current official information does not confirm that menu path or what happens when a linked account is deleted. Treat the steps below as historical guidance, and check the live game’s warnings before deleting anything.
How the Metria reroll process has been described
The available walkthroughs are third-party guides, not current official instructions. Pocket Gamer’s November 2023 guide places the first gacha opportunity after the tutorial, at Begius’ house. A GameFAQs guide updated January 25, 2025, describes restarting from the title screen using the account-deletion menu.
- Before starting, decide whether you might discard this account. Pocket Gamer advised leaving the account unlinked while rerolling. Current official sources do not confirm deletion behavior for linked accounts, so read any in-game warning carefully and do not assume a linked account can be recovered.
- Play the tutorial through Begius’ house. That is where the older Pocket Gamer guide says the initial gacha becomes available.
- Check the live gacha details. Review the banner, displayed rates, featured characters, and any guarantees in the game. The rates and roster details in older guides are historical, not reliable current values.
- If you choose to restart, inspect the current title-screen options. The January 2025 GameFAQs guide documents Title Screen > Account Deletion, but this user-authored guide does not establish that the option or its effects are unchanged.
- After settling on a result, secure the account. Use the account-linking instructions currently shown by the game; the available sources do not establish the exact current linking steps.
Pocket Gamer author Iwan Morris wrote in November 2023: “When you reach Begius’ house, you’ll be given your first chance to roll a gacha, with a guaranteed SSR character.” This is a dated guide statement, not confirmation of today’s gacha or guarantee.
Should you keep your account or reroll?
There is no established requirement to reroll to progress. The choice comes down to whether a preferred starting character or team is worth replaying the opening and giving up the current account state.

If you are considering a reroll for team composition, use roles and element balance as personal decision criteria rather than relying on old tier lists. Character value can change as the game changes, and current rankings are not established here.
What to verify before deleting an account
- Current banner: Check which characters are featured and the displayed rates or guarantees in the game.
- Account state: Read the live deletion warning, especially if the account is linked. Current official material found here does not clarify whether deletion can be reversed or how it affects linked accounts.
- Value of your progress: Consider what you would lose and whether you would rather continue with the current result.
Metria’s official site publishes current notices at its notices page, but the official pages available for this guide do not document a current account-reset workflow. The procedural details above come from the November 2023 Pocket Gamer guide and the GameFAQs guide updated January 25, 2025.

Do not confuse account rerolling with gear rerolling
Metria’s November 2025 anniversary notice mentions a “Book of Mystic Reincarnation” for rerolling gear attributes. That is a gear-stat feature, not a method for resetting a player account. The same notice announced a free 11-pull character gacha once a day from November 6 through November 17, 2025 JST; that event period has ended, so it is not a current reroll benefit.
