To reroll in Heroes of Crown: Legends without losing your progress, protect your current account first: confirm which login holds your character and make sure you can still sign in to it. Ujoy Games Support explains how account linking, device access, and deletion work, but does not document a guaranteed reroll method that preserves an existing profile. Do not delete the account or reset the app on the assumption that your progress will remain safe.
Before trying to reroll, secure the account you already have
Check whether your current profile is linked, and identify the exact Apple ID, Google account, or Ujoy account associated with it. Ujoy says only a guest account that is not already linked to another account can be linked. The binding path given in its help center is Player Info → Settings → Account Binding. Labels and availability may vary by platform, region, and app version.
- Open Player Info → Settings → Account Binding in the game.
- Check whether the profile is a guest or already linked. If linking is available, choose the login method you intend to keep and confirm that you can access that login outside the game.
- Do not proceed with account changes until you know which login restores your existing character.
Ujoy lists Apple ID, Google account, and Ujoy account as binding options. Its support page says linked accounts can be accessed on different devices, while guest accounts cannot be logged into on another device. See Ujoy’s account-linking instructions and device login guidance.
Can you create a fresh reroll profile and keep the old one?
The official help pages reviewed do not confirm a supported workflow for creating a fresh profile while preserving an existing one, or for keeping multiple profiles available on the same device. Treat rerolling as unverified unless the installed game build offers a separate-account route and you have confirmed that your original linked login still restores your original character.

Switching logins and deleting an account are different actions. Ujoy’s password-recovery guidance refers to Player Info → Change Account to return to the login screen, but that does not establish a dedicated reroll, profile-cloning, or account-reset feature. The exact option may not appear in every build.
Ujoy also says an account already linked to a login method cannot be unlinked or linked to another method with help from its support team. Do not assume you can move a binding later to free up a login for a reroll. See Ujoy’s guidance on changing a linked login method.

Linked account versus guest account

Ujoy warns that progress may be lost after reinstalling the game or resetting a device when the account is not linked. Its reinstall guidance does not make uninstalling, clearing app data, or changing servers a verified reroll method.
Why account deletion is not a safe reroll shortcut
Deleting the game account is consequential, not a reversible way to start a fresh summon attempt. Ujoy says a deletion request takes effect within seven days and may be cancelled by logging in during that period. Once deletion is complete, the game character, personal information, purchased items, and related information cannot be recovered. Read Ujoy’s account-deletion policy before making any such request.

If you have already lost access to your progress
Stop resetting or reinstalling the game, and contact the game’s in-app support for help identifying the account. Recovery is not guaranteed, particularly for an unlinked guest profile. Provide the login method you used, the device involved, and any account or purchase details you can access without sharing passwords or verification codes.
