Windows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread
Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallOutdated Drivers Are Slowing You Down
One free scan finds every outdated or missing driver and matches the right update for your exact hardware.Free scan · exact hardware matchTo print several screenshots in one job, save the images, select them in an app that supports printing, and choose Print. That normally creates one printed page per image. If you want several different screenshots on one sheet, use a contact-sheet or pages-per-sheet layout instead. The exact controls depend on your operating system, photo app, printer driver and paper size.
Decide what “at once” means
People use “print multiple screenshots at once” for three different results. Choose the result before opening the print dialog:
| Desired result | Correct approach | What to watch |
|---|---|---|
| Several different screenshots, one image on each sheet | Select the files and send them to Print | The app may create one page per image, or may offer a layout choice. |
| Several different screenshots on one sheet | Use Contact Sheet, a collage/layout tool, or pages per sheet | Small screenshots can make text unreadable; check the preview. |
| Several copies of one screenshot | Set the number of copies in the print dialog | “Copies per page” usually repeats the same image or page; it is not a contact sheet of different files. |
For a large batch, first make sure every screenshot is an image file (PNG, JPEG or WebP) in a folder or library your print-capable app can access. Review orientation, paper size, scaling and color mode before committing the whole job.
Windows: print saved screenshots
Print a screenshot from Snipping Tool
- Open Snipping Tool and open the saved snip, or open the image from the folder where you saved it.
- Choose File > Print in Snipping Tool. If you opened the file in another image viewer, use that app’s Print command.
- Select the printer, paper size, orientation and scaling option shown by the printer dialog.
- Use the preview, if available, then select Print.
Microsoft’s documented Snipping Tool path confirms printing a saved image. Windows does not expose one identical batch-selection and contact-sheet workflow in every image viewer, so the labels below depend on the app and version you use.

- 【Strong Adsorption】The inspiration of the silicone phone suction case comes from the adhesive force of the octopus. Each suction cup phone mount is 3.15 inches long and 2.17 inches wide, with 24 independent suction cups providing a stronger and more stable suction force, so you don't have to worry about your phone falling during use.
- 【Back of Phone Suction Grip】Remove the adhesive film on the phone suction cup and stick it on the phone case. You can then fix the phone on any smooth surface, which is very convenient. (The phone suction cup cannot be removed and reused after being attached to the phone case. It is recommended to attach it to a regular phone case, not a valuable one.)
- 【Widely Used】Our non-slip silicone phone sticky grip mount attaches to almost any flat phone case and make it compatible with common mobile phones such as iPhone and Android. You can shoot, watch videos or video calls in the kitchen, gym, dance studio, bathroom and other places.
- 【Capture the Wonderful Picture】Whether you are a TikTok creator or just like to share videos and photos, this phone suction cup can help you hands-free capture wonderful videos and photos for sharing with friends.
- 【Note】You can fix the phone suction cup on a smooth surface such as a mirror or glass. If necessary, wipe the suction cup with a damp cloth to obtain stronger suction. Before releasing your hand, make sure the phone is firmly fixed. (Not applicable to rough walls, wooden surfaces, and other uneven surfaces)
Print several files from File Explorer
- Save all screenshots in one folder. Use clear names or sort by date so you can identify the intended files.
- In File Explorer, select the images. Use Ctrl-click for individual files or Shift-click for a range.
- Right-click the selection and choose Print if that command is available in your Windows installation.
- Choose the printer and review the resulting Windows photo-print layout. Select a layout that gives one image per page or several images per page, if offered.
- Check the preview and print a test page before sending a large batch.
If the context menu has no Print command, open the images in a photo application that supports printing, or create a single PDF/contact sheet first and print that document. Do not assume that a pages-per-sheet setting in a document app will automatically arrange a group of loose image files; the image app must first create that layout.
Use a PDF when you need predictable order
A PDF can preserve the sequence and page breaks when the Windows photo workflow is inconsistent. Place each screenshot on its own PDF page, or arrange several images on each page in a layout-capable app, then open the PDF and print it. In the PDF print dialog, confirm whether you are printing the document pages or using a multiple-pages-per-sheet option. The latter shrinks complete PDF pages; it does not necessarily reflow separate screenshots intelligently.
Mac: the most direct contact-sheet workflow
Print different screenshots together in Photos
- Import or save the screenshots in Photos.
- Select the screenshots. Hold Command while clicking individual images, or select a range where the library view allows it.
- Choose File > Print.
- Choose the print format. Select Contact Sheet when you want several different screenshots on one sheet.
- Adjust the available image size and layout controls, choose the printer and paper, inspect the preview, and print.
Photos explicitly supports selecting multiple photos and offers Contact Sheet as a format. Depending on the selected format, you may be able to resize the photos. A contact sheet is the appropriate Mac choice when the source images differ and must share a page.
Print one screenshot or one image per page in Preview
- Open an image or PDF in Preview.
- Choose File > Print.
- Set the printer, paper, orientation and scale, then inspect the preview.
- Print the document.
Preview’s Copies per page setting repeats the same image or PDF page. It should not be described as a multi-image contact sheet. Use Photos Contact Sheet, or another app with an equivalent layout feature, when every tile must be a different screenshot.

- BUILT-IN REMOTE — EarPods with USB-C plug also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.
- COMPATIBILITY — Works with all devices that have a USB-C port.
- INTEGRATED MICROPHONE — A built-in microphone precisely captures your voice while you’re on the phone, taking a FaceTime call, or summoning Siri — so you’re always heard loud and clear.
Android and Google Pixel
Print a screenshot from a phone
- Open the screenshot in your Gallery, Photos or file app.
- Tap Share or the three-dot menu and look for Print. On Pixel devices, select a printer in the device’s print settings when prompted.
- Choose paper size, color, orientation, copies and any fit or crop option supplied by the printer service.
- Preview and print.
Google Pixel guidance supports printing an image through device print settings. It does not establish one universal batch-print sequence for every Android manufacturer or gallery app.
When the gallery cannot batch-print
If your gallery lets you select several screenshots and exposes a Print action, use it; the exact button names are manufacturer-specific. If it does not, use the gallery’s Share or Open with action to send the images to a print-capable app, or transfer them to a Mac or Windows computer and follow the desktop workflow. Check the phone maker’s instructions for the current Gallery and print-service version. For an app that has no print support, Google’s Pixel guidance suggests taking a screenshot of the app and printing that image; this is a fallback for the visible screen, not a general batch-export method.
Fit several screenshots on one sheet
Choose a layout based on readability
- One per page: best for reading small interface text or annotating each screenshot.
- Two, four or more per page: reduces paper use but can make text too small.
- Contact sheet: arranges different images as thumbnails, usually with consistent spacing.
- Repeated copies: prints the same screenshot multiple times and is controlled by the Copies setting.
For documents printed from Microsoft Edge, the print dialog can include pages-per-sheet and scaling choices such as fit to printable area, actual size and custom scaling. Those controls belong to Edge’s document-print workflow; do not assume every photo app or printer driver provides the same labels.
Prevent cropping and unexpected borders
- Match the document orientation to the screenshots. Tall phone captures generally fit portrait paper; wide desktop captures generally fit landscape paper.
- Compare fit with actual size. Fit protects the image from being clipped by the printer’s non-printable margins; actual size preserves dimensions but can crop edges.
- Keep aspect ratio enabled when the app offers it. Stretching a screenshot makes text and icons look distorted.
- Check whether the app adds a border, caption or date. Turn those off if you need a clean capture.
- Print one test sheet at the final layout and paper size before starting the complete batch.
Print-quality and cost checks
Resolution and legibility
Screenshots contain text rather than continuous-tone photographs, so shrinking them aggressively can make labels unreadable even when the printer is functioning correctly. If readers need to inspect details, use fewer images per page, choose a larger paper size or print each screenshot separately. Avoid enlarging a low-resolution screenshot beyond its native dimensions unless the result remains legible in preview.

Paper, color and ink
Select the paper size actually loaded in the printer. Decide whether color is essential; black-and-white can change the meaning of highlighted controls, warnings or charts. Paper and replacement ink are model-specific supplies, not requirements for every workflow. If you do need a printer, “color inkjet printer” is a general search term, but the available guidance does not test or rank particular models.
Troubleshooting
The Print command is missing
The current viewer may only display images. Open the file in Snipping Tool, Photos, Preview or another application with a print command. On Android, try Share or Open with and choose a print-capable app, or move the files to a computer.
Only one screenshot prints
You may have opened one image and printed it rather than selecting a group. Return to the folder or photo library, select all intended files, and use the app’s batch print action. If that app cannot batch-print, build a contact sheet or PDF first.
The images are on separate pages instead of one sheet
Select Contact Sheet, a collage layout or a pages-per-sheet option. A standard multi-file Print command often means “submit all files in one job,” not “combine them on one page.”

The same screenshot repeats
Copies per page controls repetition of one image or document page. Cancel the job and switch to a contact-sheet or multi-image layout that accepts different source files.
The edges are cut off
Change from actual size to fit-to-printable-area, select the correct paper size, match portrait or landscape orientation, and check for an image-app crop setting. Printer margins can prevent edge-to-edge output even when the preview appears full bleed.
Text is too small
Reduce the number of screenshots per sheet, use landscape or larger paper, and print a test page. Scaling a complete PDF page down with pages-per-sheet may shrink text more than arranging the source images directly.
The printer is unavailable on Android
Confirm that the printer service is enabled, the phone and printer are reachable on the expected network, and the selected printer is shown in device print settings. If the gallery still offers no print action, transfer the files to a desktop or use a supported print app; the exact remedy depends on the phone maker and printer.

If you are creating new website screenshots rather than printing files already on your device, ScreenshotNeo can return a PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF from one GET request. It is a screenshot API and MCP server, not a printer driver, so you still print the returned files with the Windows, Mac or Android steps above.
Before capture, ScreenshotNeo can accept cookie or consent banners and remove more than 60 known consent platforms, newsletter popups and chat widgets; each cleanup step can be disabled. Bot checks, CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads and cache hits are not billed, and the response identifies the page verdict and billing status with X-Page-Verdict and X-Billed headers. Its MCP server provides take_screenshot, get_page_info and capture_pdf tools for Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients.
Every plan includes features such as full-page capture with lazy images loaded, CSS-selector element capture, dark mode, device presets and custom viewports, retina scale, PDF paper and margin controls, custom CSS and JavaScript, clicks, selector/delay/network-idle waits, request blocking, headers, cookies, user agents, authorization, timezone and geolocation, transparent backgrounds, resizing, chosen-TTL caching, signed links, asynchronous webhooks, bulk capture of up to 100 URLs per call, a usage API and an OpenAPI specification. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I print screenshots directly from a web browser without saving them?
Usually the reliable route is to save the screenshot image first, then print it from a photo or image app. Browser print commands print the web page layout, which may not match the screenshot file.
How can I keep screenshots in a specific order?
Rename files with a numeric prefix such as 001, 002 and 003, sort by name, and then select them. A PDF or contact-sheet workflow can preserve that order more predictably than an app that sorts by capture date.
Why does a screenshot look different in print than on screen?
Displays use backlighting and often a wider color range than paper. Compare the print preview, choose the intended color mode and remember that printer margins, paper and ink affect the final appearance.
