To make sure an eligible activity is associated with your Rewards account, sign in with the Microsoft account you use for Rewards and check the dashboard. Microsoft Rewards requires an account, and the program and particular earning methods may not be available in every country or region.

What to check if expected points are missing
- Confirm that you are signed in to the Microsoft account connected to Rewards.
- Check the dashboard to confirm that the activity was currently offered and review its status and terms.
- Allow for account or browser data to sync, then check the dashboard again.
- If the activity still appears incorrectly, consult Microsoft Rewards Support.
Microsoft’s support information lists possible search-credit issues such as being signed in to another account, browser data not syncing, reaching a search counter limit, automated searches, or activity appearing to come from another market. Those are possible search-credit issues, not proof that a particular quiz should award points.
Play fairly and protect your account
Use normal, manual participation for Rewards activities. Microsoft warns that bots, macros, cheat codes, mobile emulators, and other automated methods may lead to loss of earning or redemption privileges; depending on the violation, an account may be suspended and points invalidated.

What Rewards points are worth
Microsoft says Rewards points have no cash value. Available redemption options, earning limits, and terms vary by country or region, so check the current Rewards dashboard and redemption page rather than assuming a quiz has a fixed prize. Microsoft Support says points expire after 12 months without earning activity.
