Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Pack the T-50 by the trip, not by a fixed clothing count: choose items for the forecast and activities, keep the loaded bag within Oxford’s 15 kg limit and your motorcycle’s lower applicable luggage or payload limit, then close and secure it exactly as instructed. Oxford lists the Aqua Pro T-50 (OL1021) at 50 L and 57 × 34 × 29 cm; those dimensions describe the bag, not a guaranteed amount of clothing or permission to exceed your bike’s limits. Oxford’s T-50 information sheet provides the model specifications.
What the T-50 can carry—and what its rating means
Oxford specifies a 50 L capacity, dimensions of 57 × 34 × 29 cm and a maximum weight of 15 kg for the Aqua Pro T-50, model OL1021. These are manufacturer specifications, not an independent packing test. Actual usable space depends on the shape of your gear, how it packs and whether bulky weather or activity equipment is going along. See Oxford’s Aqua Pro information sheet.
Do not treat 15 kg as your motorcycle’s luggage allowance. Oxford’s luggage safety sheet also gives a 15 kg maximum for combined attached luggage, while your motorcycle has its own permitted payload and luggage limits. Follow the lower applicable limit and the motorcycle maker’s instructions. Oxford’s luggage safety information explains its general loading and attachment warnings.
Choose a week’s contents around the trip
Start with the itinerary
Lay out what you expect to wear and use before putting anything in the bag. Make choices based on the forecast, riding conditions, planned activities and whether you can do laundry. A seven-day trip does not imply a universal number of shirts, trousers or spare layers: climate, riding kit and access to washing change the list.
#1 Best Overall
- Material: 100% waterproof and wipeable, 500D PVC roll top closure with 1000D PVC underside for durability with removable semi rigid EVA base. Reflective highlights for increased visibility.
- Multiple Attachment Points: Hypalon, MOLLE, D-ring and Daisy chain linking compatible to give many options to attach additional luggage or accessories.
- Easy to pack: Large, easy access main opening with air release valve so air is expelled and the contents compressed as you roll.
- Portable: Grab handles on front, back and sides. Detachable back-pack padded shoulder straps enable easy handling on and off the bike.
- Secure: Strong Duraflex buckles, under seat security strap and 4-point adjustable roll top closure.
Group items by use and condition
- Keep clean, dry clothing separate from anything likely to be damp. Use a suitable inner bag or pouch if separation matters; do not assume the outer roll bag makes every item inside individually protected.
- Put small essentials that belong together in a pouch so they are easier to find.
- Set aside anything you may need during a stop before you seal the bag. Keep valuables, documents, medication and other critical items accessible and protected in a way appropriate to the item.
Oxford describes the Aqua Pro range as having a roll-top closure and air-release valve, with attachment points including MOLLE, Hypalon and D-rings. Its range information does not establish the pocket layout of the Pro T-50. Do not plan around pockets listed for the separate standard Aqua T50 unless you have confirmed those features on your exact bag. Oxford Aqua Pro range and Oxford standard Aqua T50 page.
Arrange the load to reduce shifting
Place heavier, denser items low and near the centre of the bag, then use softer clothing around them to fill gaps. This is general packing guidance rather than a T-50-specific, manufacturer-tested loading plan. Avoid leaving awkward voids that let contents move around, and do not force the roll top closed around an overfilled load.

Weigh the loaded bag and check the motorcycle limit
- Pack the items you intend to carry, including any gear that will ride in the T-50.
- Weigh the fully loaded bag. Keep it at or below Oxford’s 15 kg maximum for the T-50.
- Check your motorcycle’s owner information for its payload and luggage limits, and account for the rider, passenger and other carried luggage as required by the manufacturer.
- Use the lower applicable limit. A bag under 15 kg can still exceed what your motorcycle permits when its other loads are included.
Close the roll top to form the seal
- Use the air-release valve to expel air, following the instructions for your actual bag.
- Roll the top over at least three times.
- Fasten the side-release buckles.
Oxford gives these closure steps in the Aqua Pro information sheet. Follow the current instructions supplied with your bag. Do not rely on the waterproof seal if the closure is not made correctly or the bag is damaged.
Mount the bag and inspect it before riding
For the T-50 fitment, Oxford instructs users to attach the 25 mm security strap to the base using the webbing loops and route it under the seat. Keep it clear of the seat connection hooks and seat-locking system. Confirm the fitment against the instructions for your exact motorcycle and bag before riding.

- Check clearance and stability again after loading; do not ride with an insecure attachment.
Oxford warns that unsecured luggage may detach and obstruct the road, potentially causing serious injury or death to the rider or others. Its luggage safety information also cautions against overloading and contact with moving or hot parts.

If the T-50’s volume or access style does not match the trip, Oxford’s Aqua Pro range lists T-30, T-50, D-50 and DE-20 options. Compare the exact model’s dimensions and shape, closure and access, stated load limit, mounting method and compatibility with your motorcycle. The range listing establishes that these options exist; it does not establish which one is best for a particular rider. See the Aqua Pro range.
