Make a repeating sequence of clear Hindi offer cards, send it to YouTube Live through OBS or another encoder, and use chat for order instructions and questions. First verify every product, price, date, and condition with the shop; then check the Hindi wording with a fluent reader. YouTube’s encoder workflow and OBS can handle the broadcast, while the cards provide the on-screen offers.
1. Verify the offers before making cards
Ask the shop to confirm each offer. Use only details it has supplied; do not invent a discount, stock limit, or availability claim.
- Product name and brand spelling
- Pack size or unit, such as 1 kg or 500 ml
- Regular price and offer price, if there is an offer
- Offer start and end dates
- Stock limits and other conditions
- A correct contact or ordering route, if the card will include one
Keep a single source of truth for the approved details. If a price or condition changes, update the card sequence and remove the old version so it cannot continue appearing in the loop.

Put the product name and price first. Use familiar Hindi names where appropriate, but preserve the spelling supplied by the shop for brands and products. If viewers may recognize a product more readily by its English name, add a short English identifier beneath the Hindi label rather than crowding the card.

- Use short wording and a strong contrast between text and background.
- Make the product name and offer price the most prominent elements.
- Include the pack size or unit, validity period, and conditions when relevant.
- Add ordering or contact instructions only when the shop has confirmed the route.
- Have a fluent Hindi reader check spelling and meaning before the broadcast.
There is no source-established universal font size or card duration for this use. Check the cards at the size a phone viewer is likely to see, and leave each one on screen long enough to read without rushing.
3. Choose how the offers will repeat

Either way, keep the offers visually separate from live chat. Do not let chat or decorative elements cover the product, price, dates, or conditions.

4. Set up YouTube Live and the encoder
- Check channel eligibility. YouTube Help says live streaming requires a verified channel with no live-streaming restriction in the preceding 90 days; its current guidance also lists a minimum age of 16. Check the current requirements in YouTube’s live-streaming setup help, since platform rules can change.
- Create or schedule the broadcast. In YouTube Studio, open the Live Control Room and follow the on-screen steps for an encoder stream. YouTube lists encoder streaming as one available way to go live.
- Connect OBS or another encoder. Follow the current instructions shown by YouTube. OBS’s YouTube setup options include account linking or selecting YouTube RTMPS; available labels and screens can change by version.
- Load the cards. Use the pre-rendered video or your scene-driven presentation as the visual source. Set up audio only if the broadcast needs it.
- Review the YouTube preview before going public. Confirm the product order, Hindi spelling, prices, dates, conditions, and audio choice. Check that no card is obscured and the content is legible on a small screen.
- Start the stream and monitor it. Keep the preview and chat in view, correct or remove an offer if the shop confirms a change, and end the broadcast through the current YouTube Studio workflow.
5. Use chat for questions and ordering details
YouTube Live chat and the video itself serve different purposes. A pinned message stays in chat; the product cards are part of the video. You can pin your own message or a viewer’s message, but only one message can be pinned at a time. A concise pinned message can tell viewers how to contact or order from the shop, provided the shop has confirmed those instructions.
If you want chat to appear inside the video, OBS’s official FAQ points to third-party chat overlays added as Browser Sources. OBS does not directly provide a facility to show stream chat in its own chat window. Treat an overlay as optional: it adds setup and can compete with the offer cards for screen space.
