Active JCPenney associates can reach the at-home kiosk from jcpassociates.com: select My Kiosk @ Home under Active Associates, then sign in with your nine-digit Employee ID and password. Former associates should use the separate Former Associate Kiosk link.
Log in as an active JCPenney associate
- Go to jcpassociates.com, JCPenney’s Associate Information portal.
- Under Active Associates, select My Kiosk @ Home.
- Enter your nine-digit Employee ID and password in the sign-in flow.
The portal’s sign-in destination requires authentication. If you cannot access the page or your credentials do not work, use the recovery and support options below rather than a third-party login page.

Reset a forgotten active-associate password
From the official portal, select My Kiosk @ Home Password Reset and follow the prompts. JCPenney’s guide describes this process:
- Enter your nine-digit Employee ID.
- Answer your security questions.
- Agree to the terms and set a new password.
- Return to the portal, choose My Kiosk @ Home, and sign in using your Employee ID and new password.
If you have not set up security questions, the official password guide says to call 1-800-870-1111 and follow prompts 2 then 1. See the official portal for the linked reset guide.

If you still cannot sign in
JCPenney’s associate FAQ lists different contacts by work location:
- Home Office associates: call 972-431-6900.
- All other locations: call Shared Services at 1-800-879-1111.
The FAQ also notes that an associate returning from leave may need to wait for an overnight system refresh. It recommends using the Password Kiosk to change a password. Check the official associate portal for current support information.
Former associates: use the separate kiosk
If you no longer work for JCPenney, select Former Associate Kiosk on the official portal, not the active-associate link. JCPenney says former-associate access is available for up to 18 months after termination. The former-associate page provides its own Employee ID and password instructions; follow the current instructions there rather than using active-associate reset steps.

According to JCPenney’s former-associate guide, after signing in, select My Money, then View W-2/W-2c Forms. The guide describes email or SMS delivery of a code for two-factor authentication. If your contact information has changed, it directs you to call for help updating it. The same guide says electronic W-2 forms are not available in Puerto Rico. Use the official portal’s Former Associate Kiosk route to reach the current guide.
