First try Samsung’s built-in font settings; for the specific One UI 6 font files, a 2023 guide describes a third-party method that you should verify against your phone’s current compatibility before using.
Try Samsung’s built-in font settings first
If your goal is simply to change the system font, Samsung’s documented option is the safest place to start. Open Settings > Font size and style > Font style > Download fonts. Galaxy Store opens, where you can install a font that is offered for your device.
This route installs fonts available through Galaxy Store; Samsung does not document it as a way to import the exact One UI 6 font files. Menu names and available options can vary: Samsung says screens and settings may differ by carrier, software version, and device model. See Samsung’s font settings instructions for the official path.
What the One UI 6 font-file workaround involves
A guide updated August 14, 2023, names two font files: One_UI_6_Font_Style.ttf, credited to XDA Senior Member kakkooran, and Sec_VFF.ttf, credited to XDA Senior Member Fede 2782. It says to apply either file using zFont Tool or Mono App. The guide does not give detailed installation steps, a model-by-model compatibility list, or confirmation for current Samsung software builds. Its “any older” framing should not be taken as a guarantee that the files or apps will work on your phone. See the 2023 One UI 6 font guide for the original file names and attribution.

Check compatibility before using a third-party utility
Before installing a font utility, check its current documentation for your exact Galaxy model, Android version, and One UI version. zFont says its basic font-changing functionality does not require root, but it is limited to supported brands and software versions. Its project README lists Samsung support through Android 14; that is the project’s compatibility claim, not a promise that every Samsung device or update will work. Consult the zFont FAQ and zFont project README before proceeding.
zFont’s Samsung documentation describes Zalaxy as a bridge for applying custom fonts. It is an optional third-party component, not Samsung-supported software. zFont warns: “Only download from official sources.” Use the project’s Zalaxy documentation to find its official download route; do not install APKs from unverified mirror sites.

If the custom font does not apply or you want to undo it
Third-party installation may not succeed on a particular device, and the available sources do not establish that either named file works on every current Samsung build. If the change fails or you want to revert, select a font from Samsung’s font settings. zFont users can also use the app’s Reset Font option described in its FAQ; that reset instruction is specific to zFont.
