For a Miami Heat game, take MetroRail to Government Center, transfer to the MetroMover Omni Loop, and get off at Park West Station, or drive after checking parking availability for your specific game. Kaseya Center is at 601 Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami. Rideshare drop-off is at Bayshore Drive and HEAT Blvd, with entry at Gate 6.
Choose how to get there
| Option | What to expect | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| MetroRail and MetroMover | Ride MetroRail to Government Center, transfer to the MetroMover Omni Loop, then walk from Park West Station to the arena. | Avoiding the search for event-day parking. |
| Driving and parking | Nearby parking is more limited than it used to be. P2 Garage passes for Heat games are limited and sold online first-come, first-served. | Those who need to drive and can confirm a spot for their game. |
| Rideshare or other drop-off | Rideshare uses Bayshore Drive and HEAT Blvd; bus, taxi, and limo drop-off is at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street. | Passengers being dropped near an entrance. |
Take MetroRail and MetroMover
- Take MetroRail to Government Center Station.
- Transfer to the MetroMover Omni Loop.
- Exit at Park West Station.
- Walk east to Biscayne Boulevard, then cross the intersection to Kaseya Center.
Kaseya Center says MetroRail, MetroMover, and MetroBus are a short walk from the arena entrance. The venue lists train service from 5:00 AM to midnight, seven days a week, and says service may be extended to 1:00 AM after special events. That extension is not guaranteed for a particular game, so check service for your travel date. Kaseya Center directions and parking.
Drive and check game-day parking
Downtown development has reduced parking near the arena, and Kaseya Center says some lots directly adjacent to the venue have been permanently eliminated. The venue recommends considering alternative lots within walking distance. Do not assume a nearby lot will have space or a particular rate on game night; check options for the date of your game.

A limited number of P2 Garage passes are offered online for individual Heat games on a first-come, first-served basis. Check the specific game listing for current availability. Do not assume a policy the venue describes for most non-Heat events applies to a Heat game. Kaseya Center parking FAQ.
