To get the Ice Queen sword in Sailor Piece, travel to Boss Island and purchase it from the Ice Queen Seller after meeting the seller’s requirements. Community guides report that you need the Frost Empress title, 40,000 Gems, and several materials—some of which are farmed from the Frost Boss. Check the seller’s current checklist in-game before grinding, because community lists differ.
Where to get the Ice Queen sword
The reported acquisition route is through the Ice Queen Seller NPC on Boss Island; it is not described as a direct real-money purchase or a sword you simply pick up in the world. Community references also place the Frost Boss in the Boss Island area. See the SailorPiece.org community wiki and the SailorPiece.io community guide for their respective item and route information.

Reported requirements
A Sailorpiece.io community guide updated June 11, 2026 lists these requirements for the Ice Queen sword:
- Frost Empress title
- 40,000 Gems
- 1 Ice Core
- 4 Frozen Brand
- 9 Glacier Remnant
- 17 Battle Shard
- 25 Frost Relics
The SailorPiece.org item page, last updated April 23, 2026, also reports the title, Gems, and boss materials, but its material naming and list differ: it uses “Frost Brand” and does not state a Frost Relic count. Since these are community-maintained references rather than official game documentation, treat the June list as a guide, not a guaranteed live checklist. The seller’s in-game display is the best way to confirm what is currently required.

How to get the sword
- Go to Boss Island. Locate the Ice Queen Seller and inspect the displayed requirements before farming.
- Get the Frost Empress title and 40,000 Gems. The community item references list both as prerequisites.
- Collect the required materials. Community guidance identifies the Frost Boss as the primary source for the rare materials. Frost Relics are also reported to drop from NPCs, so you can collect them separately while working toward the other requirements.
- Return to the Ice Queen Seller. Once the live checklist is complete, use the seller to purchase or claim the sword.
Farming the materials
The Frost Boss is described by community guides as summonable, with summons paid for using Frost Relics, money, and Gems. The exact summon costs, boss difficulty values, and drop percentages are not established consistently enough to present as current facts; check the game’s current summon interface rather than relying on an older number. If you are choosing a summon difficulty, weigh its cost against whether you can defeat that version reliably.
