Check the offer shown on your Chromebook’s Perks page for current availability and eligibility. NVIDIA has also announced a separate one-year Fast Pass offer for eligible new Chromebook and Chromebook+ owners; its live terms may differ.
What the original three-month Chromebook offer included
Google announced two separate GeForce NOW promotions on August 31, 2023. The general offer was three free months of GeForce NOW Priority for Chromebook owners. People who purchased a Cloud Gaming Chromebook could claim three free months of GeForce NOW Ultimate. Google’s announcement described the Priority offer as available to “all Chromebook owners,” but this historical wording is not proof that the promotion remains redeemable today. How to check and redeem the current Chromebook offer
Do not rely on an old promotion description or code. Google says Chromebook Perks displays the specific eligibility and terms for each perk. NVIDIA has announced a different offer: eligible new Chromebook and Chromebook+ owners can claim one year of GeForce NOW Fast Pass at no cost. The announcement does not establish the full eligibility rules, qualifying devices or regions, deadline, or billing terms, so use the live offer page to confirm them. NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW announcement · Chromebook Perks
- Sign in on the Chromebook you want to use.
- Open the Chromebook Perks page, or open the device’s Explore app and choose its Perks entry point.
- Look for the GeForce NOW offer. If one appears, open it and read its eligibility, claim deadline, redemption instructions, and any billing or renewal terms before accepting.
- Follow the offer’s displayed instructions to redeem it. If it does not appear or redemption fails, consult the Perks instructions and contact NVIDIA support for account or redemption help rather than buying a code from an unofficial seller.
An offer may require a supported ChromeOS version, may already have been redeemed on the device or account, or may be unavailable on a Chromebook managed by a school or employer. Availability and conditions can vary, and promotions may change or end; standard charges may apply after a promotional period, so check the specific offer terms before activating it. Claiming a perk and playing games are separate steps. GeForce NOW streams games from the cloud; a promotion gives you service membership, not a hardware upgrade. NVIDIA’s ChromeOS guidance lists these minimums and recommendations: NVIDIA system requirements
