Farm Sea 1 NPCs, prioritizing the Arena Fighters on Lawless Island. An April 22, 2026 hotfix summary identifies them as the best Frost Relic source and says the item drops from Sea 1 NPCs, not Sea 2. The exact drop chance is not stated, so there is no supported estimate for how many enemies you will need to defeat.
Where to farm Frost Relics
- Travel to Sea 1.
- Go to Lawless Island and repeatedly defeat the Arena Fighters.
- Check that you are on a current game server if Frost Relics do not drop. The hotfix summary reports the Sea 1 drop fix, but player reports of occasional non-drops do not establish that a current bug exists.
The April 22, 2026 hotfix summary says Frost Relics became droppable from Sea 1 NPCs and names Lawless Island Arena Fighters as the best source: Sea 2 post-launch hotfix notes. It attributes the update to the game’s #update-logs Discord posts, but is an indexed summary rather than a direct official drop table.
How to handle conflicting drop-location claims
Some guide pages give different locations: one says Frost Relics drop from all NPCs, while another lists Shinjuku and Slime Island NPCs in Sea 2 and says Sea 1 does not drop them. Those claims conflict with the specific April 22 hotfix summary, so use Sea 1 and Lawless Island Arena Fighters as the best-supported route rather than treating Sea 2 as confirmed. How many Frost Relics do you need?
| Use | Frost Relics required | Other requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Ice Queen weapon | 25 | Frost Empress Title, 40,000 Gems, 1 Ice Core, 4 Frozen Brands, 9 Glacier Remnants, and 17 Battle Shards |
| Ice Queen V move | 85 | Frostbane Clan, Ice Queen, 2 Ice Cores, and 10 Frozen Brands |
The recipes are listed in the April 8, 2026 Ice Update notes. Getting both the weapon and V move therefore takes 110 Frost Relics, before any additional cost for Frost Boss summons.

No exact drop percentage is stated in the available Frost Relic guide or hotfix summary. That means a target kill count, guaranteed number of drops, or reliable farming-time estimate cannot be given. Keep farming the Sea 1 Arena Fighters and confirm you are on a current server if the item does not appear.
