For PlayStation, general support guidance recommends signing out of PSN, restarting the console, and signing back in; then retry the requirement if needed. The available official sources do not confirm a Galactic Racer-specific trophy bug or a guaranteed fix.
Check which platform’s award is missing
The game supports trophies on PlayStation and achievements on Xbox and Steam, according to the official STAR WARS: Galactic Racer FAQ and notices. These are separate platform award systems, so check the list for the platform where you played. PlayStation PC players can view PlayStation trophies in the PlayStation overlay; that is not a method for checking Steam achievements.

The current PlayStation game page lists the PS5 version and an October 6, 2026 release. The Steam store listing identifies the PC edition and Steam Achievements.
Verify the exact trophy condition
Open the trophy or achievement description and check every stated condition. A requirement may specify a particular event, mode, difficulty, sequence, or completion state; general progress may not be enough. PlayStation’s troubleshooting guidance also recommends checking what you must accomplish for the trophy. Do not assume a Galactic Racer trophy’s condition if its description is unclear or you cannot verify it.

Check for a delayed notification or list update
A missing pop-up does not necessarily mean the award failed: check the platform’s trophy or achievement list directly. Bethesda Support notes that network or connection issues may delay a PlayStation trophy’s appearance. If the game was offline or the connection was unstable, allow a little time for the account and platform service to update, then check the list again.
Refresh your PlayStation sign-in
For PlayStation console trophies, Bethesda’s steps are general PlayStation troubleshooting, not a Galactic Racer-specific repair. If you have confirmed the condition and the trophy remains absent, refresh your PSN session:

- Sign out of PSN.
- Reboot the console.
- From the console’s main screen, sign back in to PSN.
- Check the trophy list. If the condition is definitely complete and refreshing did not resolve the issue, retry the trophy requirement.
Bethesda Support says a network or connection problem can delay an unlock and recommends re-attempting the trophy when refreshing has not resolved the issue.
View PlayStation trophies on PC
If you are playing on PC through PlayStation’s platform, press Shift+F1 to open the PlayStation overlay, then select Trophies. These instructions are for PlayStation trophies viewed through that overlay, not Steam achievements.

Get help if it still will not unlock
The game’s known-issues notice directs players with problems that are not listed to the STAR WARS: Galactic Racer Customer Support Centre. The notice does not promise that support can manually grant a trophy or achievement.
When contacting support, include the platform, game version if visible, the exact trophy or achievement name, when and in which mode you completed the requirement, whether the relevant account service was connected, and the troubleshooting steps you tried. This helps distinguish an unmet condition, a delayed sync, and an issue that needs game-specific investigation.

What about Xbox and Steam achievements?
The official sources reviewed confirm that Xbox and Steam achievements are supported, but do not establish a specific recovery sequence for either platform. Check the achievement description and the relevant platform’s list, then contact the game’s Customer Support Centre if the award remains missing. Do not apply the PSN sign-out procedure as an Xbox or Steam fix.
