If METRIA is crashing, freezing, lagging, or losing its Wi-Fi connection, start with the game’s official troubleshooting steps: clear the game cache and restart your device for abnormal play; restart the device and check the platform-specific Wi-Fi setting for recurring disconnects. Then check whether your device meets METRIA’s recommendations. If the problem continues, contact support through the in-game form with details about your device, operating system, connection, and when the issue occurred.
I can’t play the game normally. What should I do?
METRIA’s official Bugs and Troubleshooting FAQ recommends clearing the game’s cache when you cannot play normally. After clearing it, game data is downloaded again when you log in, so use Wi-Fi if practical. For login or startup trouble, the FAQ also recommends restarting the device. These are troubleshooting steps, not a guarantee that every crash or lag problem will be fixed; the FAQ does not identify one cause for all such symptoms.
- Clear METRIA’s app cache using your device’s app settings. Menu names and the exact path vary by operating system and device.
- Connect to Wi-Fi if practical, then open the game and allow its data to download again.
- Restart the device, particularly if the game will not start or log in.
- If the problem persists, contact support using the “Questions or problems with login/startup” category on METRIA’s contact form.
My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. What should I do?
METRIA’s FAQ recommends restarting the device first. For recurring Wi-Fi disconnects, it also describes platform-specific changes to the network’s privacy or MAC-address setting. These are publisher troubleshooting instructions for this symptom, not general security recommendations. Changing device settings is your responsibility, and menu labels can vary.
On iPhone or iPad
- Open Wi-Fi settings and select the connected network (SSID).
- Turn off “Private Address” for that network, following the option described in the official FAQ.
On Android
- Open the settings for the connected Wi-Fi network.
- Go to Advanced > Privacy and select “Use device MAC,” as described in the official FAQ.
Because Android manufacturers and operating-system versions present network settings differently, the labels or path on your device may not match exactly. If the setting is unavailable or the disconnects continue, avoid guessing at unrelated network changes and include the issue in a support report.

Check whether your device meets METRIA’s recommendations
The requirements below are the recommendations listed in METRIA’s official FAQ. Meeting them does not guarantee smooth performance on every device. The FAQ says performance and availability are not guaranteed on devices below the recommendations, devices no longer supported by their manufacturer or retailer, rooted devices, virtual machines or emulators, or devices using a VPN. It also notes that display resolution can affect memory needs. Requirements may change, so check the live FAQ for the current list.

If METRIA will not update
If the app store shows only “Open” rather than an update, METRIA’s official FAQ gives separate steps for iOS and Android. These address store-update visibility; they do not establish that an update will resolve a particular crash or connection problem.

iPhone or iPad
- Restart the device.
- Open the App Store account page and pull down to refresh it.
- Check “Upcoming Automatic Updates” for METRIA.
Android
- Restart the device.
- Open Google Play Store app settings and clear the Play Store app’s cache and data.
- Check Google Play for METRIA again.
Contact METRIA support with useful details
If you can log in, METRIA says to use the email form inside the app so support can investigate character data. The official contact page lists the information the form requests. Include enough detail to distinguish a crash, lag, startup failure, or network drop:
- Username and, optionally, user ID
- Country and the date and time the issue occurred
- Device name or model and operating-system version
- How often the issue happens
- Connection method, such as Wi-Fi or mobile data
It is also useful to say whether the issue happens on both Wi-Fi and mobile data and whether it persists after a restart. Those comparisons can help describe the problem; they are not listed as required form fields.

The contact page says support replies in English and lists operating hours as 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Japan time. Submissions made outside those hours are answered from the next business day; the page does not promise a specific resolution time.
