If a Kuroko’s Basketball: Street Rivals code is rejected, first confirm it was issued for the exact regional edition you installed. Then open that edition’s redemption menu, enter the code with its original capitalization and spacing, and check whether the character has already claimed it. If those checks do not resolve the error, contact support through the installed version’s own customer-service channel.
1. Confirm the code matches your installed edition
Street Rivals has separate regional app listings, and their publishers and support channels differ. A code or menu path published for one build may not apply to another. Check the store listing for the game installed on your device, then compare its region or server with the announcement or official channel where you found the code. A third-party guide reports that codes may be region- or version-locked, but that should be treated as a possibility—not a universal rule.

2. Open the redemption menu for your version
Menu names vary between versions, so do not assume a path from a guide for another region is present in your app.
- Chinese service, according to its official FAQ: log in → main screen → Activity Hall → Welfare Activities → Gift Code Redemption.
- English-language guide path: Event Hall → Benefit → Gift Code. This is a third-party guide, not an official universal menu path. See the guide.
If neither path matches your screen, look for the code-redeeming feature in your installed edition’s event or welfare menus, or ask that edition’s customer service where it is located.

3. Re-enter the code exactly as published
The official Chinese FAQ specifically tells players to observe capitalization and spaces when entering a gift code. Copy it from the official announcement if possible. Remove only accidental spaces added before or after the code; preserve any spaces and uppercase or lowercase letters that are part of the published code. Avoid substituting similar-looking characters or punctuation.
4. Check whether this character already redeemed it
The official FAQ says each character may claim a code only once. If you may have redeemed it earlier, another attempt on that same character can fail. If the game accepted the code but you cannot find the reward, check the notices, mail, or inventory available in your version; the available documentation does not establish one delivery location for every edition.

5. Contact the right customer-service team
If the code is intended for your edition, the menu and text are correct, and the character has not already claimed it, ask the publisher to check the code and account status. The official FAQ directs players to the customer center from the login screen or User Settings. The app listing for your installed edition is another place to find the appropriate support contact; do not use a different region’s email or community channel.
To help support investigate, include the code name, your installed edition and server, the account or character identifier requested by its form, when you tried the code, and a screenshot of the exact error. These are useful diagnostic details, not a published universal list of required information. The cause of an individual rejection cannot be determined without details such as the exact error, where the code came from, the edition, and account history.

What the error does—and does not—tell you
A rejection alone does not establish whether a code is expired, region-restricted, mistyped, already claimed, or affected by another account-specific issue. The available official materials document the Chinese service’s input and once-per-character rules, while regional listings establish that editions and support details differ. Use the code’s official source and your own edition’s support channel to resolve anything those checks cannot explain.
