If you’re stuck in Temari Trials: Dojo’s Test, first reconsider the order and direction of your pushes: temari balls can push one another, and each successful hit removes one lock from a chest. Use undo to test a move, or restart if the current ball positions no longer give you a workable route. The official listings document these mechanics and recovery controls, but do not provide solutions for specific stages or verified bug fixes.
Why a move can leave you stuck
Dojo’s Test is a push-and-position puzzle game. You guide a fox and push temari balls toward locked chests; a successful hit removes one lock. Nintendo’s listing describes 30 handcrafted single-player stages, with chests that have one to three locks. Microsoft’s Windows listing also describes 30 stages and the same basic mechanics.
The important complication is that temari can push other temari. A push may therefore move a second ball as well as the one you intended to send toward a chest. Because the game asks you to consider push order, direction, obstacles, and placement, check what a move will do to every ball before committing to it.
How to rethink a puzzle
- Count the locks. Look at each chest and note how many successful hits it needs. Nintendo lists chests with one to three locks. A hit removes one lock, so account for each required hit when planning the sequence.
- Map the intended routes. Decide which ball should reach which chest and from what direction. Check for obstacles and consider where each ball will end up after a push.
- Check for ball-to-ball contact. Before pushing, ask whether the temari will contact another ball. If it will, consider whether that helps position the second ball or moves it into a position that gets in the way.
- Test uncertain moves with undo. Nintendo documents an undo control, and Microsoft describes observing a move and undoing it if needed. Try a move, inspect the result, then undo it if the new positions do not support your plan.
- Restart if the arrangement no longer works. Both listings document a restart option. Use it when you cannot find a workable route from the current positions, then plan the push order before repeating the sequence.
What to do if you suspect a bug
A puzzle that appears blocked is not, by itself, evidence of a software bug. The official descriptions explain the push mechanics and list undo and restart, but do not document stage-specific glitches, known issues, or technical fixes. Reconsider the ball positions and try undo or restart before treating a dead end as a fault. No verified bug-remediation steps or named-stage solutions are established by the available official listings.

The mechanics above are described in Nintendo’s U.S. digital Switch listing and Microsoft’s Windows listing. Nintendo gives a February 19, 2026 release date for its U.S. listing and identifies Afil Games as publisher; Microsoft identifies Afil Games as developer and publisher and gives a March 11, 2026 release date.
