Ubisoft Connect PC screenshots are saved by default in C:/Users/[your username]/Pictures/UbisoftConnect. If that folder is missing or empty, check the active destination in Ubisoft Connect under Settings > Other > Screenshots folder location. Ubisoft allows you to change the folder, so the setting is more reliable than assuming the default path. Ubisoft’s screenshot instructions apply to Ubisoft Connect PC, the client formerly called Uplay.
Find screenshots in the default folder
In File Explorer, open Pictures > UbisoftConnect under the Windows user account you used for the game. The full default path is C:/Users/[your username]/Pictures/UbisoftConnect, where you replace [your username] with your Windows account name.
Ubisoft identifies this as the default location for screenshots captured with Ubisoft Connect PC. The current default folder is named UbisoftConnect, not Uplay; older instructions that point to PicturesUplay should not be treated as the universal path for the current client.
Check the configured screenshot folder
If you cannot find the image in the default folder, Ubisoft Connect may be set to save screenshots somewhere else. Open the client and follow these steps:

- Open Ubisoft Connect PC and select Settings.
- Open the Other section.
- Find Screenshots folder location and check the path shown there.
- Open that folder in File Explorer to look for the screenshot.
The folder shown in this setting is the destination to use when it differs from the default. Ubisoft also lets you change the save location in this field. Ubisoft Help: Taking screenshots in Ubisoft Connect PC.
If no screenshot appears
Check whether the capture key was pressed and whether it is still assigned as expected. Ubisoft Connect PC’s default screenshot hotkey is F12, but it can be changed in Settings > Other > Capture screenshot hotkey. Check that setting, then use the configured key to take a new capture and inspect the folder listed under Screenshots folder location.

This path and the F12 setting concern screenshots captured through Ubisoft Connect PC. They do not establish where a console screenshot or an image exported by a game’s own photo mode is stored; those captures may follow the console or game’s separate instructions.
