To show a saved Wi-Fi password in Command Prompt, list the wireless profiles stored on your Windows PC, then inspect the profile you want with netsh. Windows does not display every password in one command: you check profiles individually, and the network must have been saved on that PC.
Show a saved Wi-Fi password in CMD

Open Command Prompt. An elevated window is recommended in a Microsoft Community answer, but the Microsoft Learn reference does not state that administrator access is required for the profile-display command.

List configured wireless profiles:

Copy the profile name exactly, then substitute it for

In the results, find the
Key Contentor security-key field. If the profile has a saved password, its value is displayed in clear text. Treat it like any other exposed credential: do not leave the Command Prompt output visible where others can read it.
What “all connected networks” means here
The profile list covers wireless networks configured on this Windows PC, including saved networks the PC may not currently be connected to. It is not a way to reveal passwords for arbitrary nearby Wi-Fi networks, and it cannot retrieve a password that is not stored in a local profile. Use Windows Settings instead of CMD
Windows 11
For the currently connected network, open Settings > Network & internet > Properties, then select Show next to Wi-Fi network password. To view a previously saved network, open Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks, select the network, and choose Show next to its Wi-Fi network password.
Windows 10
Open Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network and Sharing Center. Select the Wi-Fi connection, open Wireless Properties > Security, then check Show characters. The password appears in Network security key. These paths are from Microsoft Support and apply to its Windows 10 and Windows 11 instructions.

Optional: export a profile to a file
Microsoft Learn documents profile export as another way to inspect a saved network. For example:

With key=clear, the exported XML contains the key in plain text only when the caller is a local administrator; otherwise, the key is encrypted. Because the XML can expose the password, save it only in a protected location and delete it when it is no longer needed. Microsoft Learn: netsh wlan
