Quizizz is now called Wayground, and its current export steps depend on which data you need. For a completed game, download the report as an XLSX file. Usage Analytics can be exported as a PDF or emailed Excel file, while a Common Assessment organization report offers PDF or CSV. These are separate workflows, not one universal export button.
Choose the export that matches your data

Wayground’s name change notice explains that Quizizz is now Wayground and the website moved from quizizz.com to wayground.com. Existing accounts, classes, resources, and links continue to work, and old Quizizz links redirect. Current help uses Wayground branding, though you may still see Quizizz in older instructions or screens.
Download results from a completed session
- Open Reports.
- Find the report for the game or session that has finished.
- Open the report and select its download icon.
- Save the downloaded .xlsx spreadsheet to your device.
This route is for post-game session results. The session-results instructions describe the report download icon and XLSX output; do not assume other report types use that same control or file format.
Export Usage Analytics
- Open the Usage Analytics Reports tab.
- Set the filters and sort the table to show the data you need.
- Select Export.
- Choose Export as .PDF to download a PDF, or Export as .Excel to have the spreadsheet sent to your email.
Usage Analytics reports can include tables for schools, teachers, accommodations, technology-enhanced question types, and standards alignment. The export reflects the table’s configured filters and sorting; Wayground says it captures “the exact sorted, filtered dataset you set up.” See the Usage Analytics export guidance and help-center FAQ.

If Usage Analytics is missing, the FAQ advises administrators to confirm they are in Admin Controls and contact their success partner to check access. Availability can depend on account access; the published guidance does not provide a complete role, plan, or geography access matrix.
Download a Common Assessment organization report
- Open Common Assessments.
- Select the assessment.
- Choose Organization report.
- Select Download and choose PDF or CSV.
The Common Assessment Admin Report instructions describe CSV as full data for use in Excel or Google Sheets, making it the more suitable choice when you need to combine or analyze the data. Report data refreshes overnight, so new submissions may take up to a day to appear. Check the report’s Last updated time before sharing it.

Is a worksheet download the same as exporting data?
No. To make a printable copy of a published learning resource, open the resource and use Image Worksheet, then customize it and choose Print/Download. That produces a worksheet, not a report or data export. The worksheet guidance also says interactive videos cannot be downloaded or printed as worksheets.

First confirm that you are in the workflow for the kind of data you want: session results, Usage Analytics, and Common Assessment reports have different locations and export controls. For Usage Analytics, check Admin Controls and ask your success partner to confirm access. If the relevant report or control is still unavailable, consult Wayground support; the available documentation does not establish a universal access rule for every account.
