To create a wholesale order form in WordPress, use a WooCommerce extension that provides a bulk-order table, configure the ordering options, and add its shortcode to a page. First decide whether you need only a faster way to place multi-product orders or a broader wholesale system with customer registration, role-based pricing, and product-visibility controls.

Choose the right kind of wholesale ordering setup

The documented options below are WooCommerce workflows. If your WordPress site does not use WooCommerce for its product catalog and cart, these particular setup steps do not directly apply.

Your requirement Option to consider What the documentation covers
A dedicated bulk-order page with SKU or variation search WooCommerce Wholesale Order Form & Requisition Lists Order-form settings, a page shortcode, and requisition-list features.
A product table as part of a wider wholesale store setup Wholesale for WooCommerce Wholesale roles and prices, registration forms, product and price visibility, and product-table creation.
A form-builder-based implementation JetFormBuilder with JetProductTables and WooCommerce A vendor tutorial demonstrating this combination as an approach.

Compare the workflow each option supports: SKU and variation search, repeat ordering, account and pricing rules, and the extensions already in your store. The documentation does not provide a consistent feature-by-feature benchmark, so it does not establish that one route is universally faster, cheaper, or more compatible.

Set up WooCommerce Wholesale Order Form & Requisition Lists

Install and configure the extension

  1. Download the extension from your WooCommerce account.
  2. In WordPress Admin, go to Plugins → Add New, upload the extension, then install and activate it.
  3. Open Wholesale Order → Settings.
  4. Choose whether to enable the order form, requisition lists, or both. Turn on SKU search, individual-variation search, or accounting subtotals if they fit your catalog and customers’ ordering process.

The extension’s settings and setup path are documented in the official WooCommerce guide.

Add the form to a WordPress page

Place this shortcode on the page where customers should order:

[wofrl_bulkorder]

The extension also makes order forms and requisition lists available from the customer’s My Account area. Customers can save a requisition list from the cart, which can support repeat-order workflows.

Build a product table with Wholesale for WooCommerce

Consider this route if the store needs more than a bulk-order page. The extension documentation covers wholesale roles and prices, registration forms, and controls for product and price visibility, as well as a customizable product table for wholesale customers to search, filter, and purchase products.

  1. In the WordPress dashboard, open the Wholesale section and create a product table.
  2. Configure the table title and columns.
  3. Publish the table and copy its shortcode.
  4. Add that shortcode to the WordPress page where the table should appear.

Follow the product-table steps in the Wholesale for WooCommerce guide. The table’s shortcode is generated for the table you publish; the fixed shortcode shown in the preceding section applies to Wholesale Order Form & Requisition Lists instead.

Evaluate a form-builder approach

A JetFormBuilder vendor tutorial demonstrates a WooCommerce order-form implementation using JetFormBuilder and JetProductTables. Treat it as an alternative to assess against your needs, not as evidence that it has the same features, requirements, or costs as a dedicated wholesale extension.

Check the ordering experience before launch

Review the page with an appropriate wholesale customer account. Confirm that the intended products, wholesale prices, variations, quantity controls, and cart flow appear as expected. Also verify that any registration, role, or catalog-visibility rules are working for the customer types you intend to serve.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
