In WPForms, edit the form, open Settings » Notifications, and add the recipient email addresses—separated by commas—in Send To Email Address. Save the form, submit a test entry, and confirm that each person receives it. WPForms sends recipients separate copies, so they do not see one another’s email addresses.
Send the same form notification to multiple people

In WordPress, edit the contact form in WPForms.

Open Settings » Notifications.

In Send To Email Address, enter each recipient’s email address, separating addresses with commas. Check each address for typos; WPForms warns that an invalid address may prevent delivery.

Save the form.

Submit a test entry and verify that the message arrives at every intended address.

Check delivery if notifications do not arrive

Confirm that the form submission was recorded and that every destination address is spelled correctly.

Check the recipients’ spam or junk folders.

Check the website’s email sending setup. WordPress hands mail to the configured transport, which may use the hosting environment’s PHP mail path or an SMTP relay. Ask the host or mail administrator whether the sender address is valid and the sending domain is authorized.

Submit another test and check each destination inbox. A successful form submission alone does not confirm successful email delivery.

WordPress’s wp_mail() function reference cautions: “A true return value does not automatically mean that the user received the email successfully.” A true return means the configured sending method processed the request without reporting an error; it is not proof that the message reached an inbox.

Look for that plugin’s notification or email settings. WordPress core accepts recipient addresses as a comma-separated string or an array, but the available interface and features depend on the plugin. The WPForms menu labels and behavior above are specific to WPForms; these steps are not established for non-WordPress site builders.
