SwifDoo PDF’s desktop app can create PDFs from Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and common image formats. For an image PDF, its documented steps are Create > From Image, add the files, select Create a New PDF in Options, and start conversion. SwifDoo also provides an online JPG-to-PDF converter.
Convert a Word document to PDF
- Open SwifDoo PDF and choose Create.
- Select the option to create a PDF from an existing file, then import the Word document.
- SwifDoo says the document is automatically converted to PDF. Open the resulting PDF and check that its layout and content are correct before sharing it.
These are the steps described on SwifDoo’s Create PDF page. The page does not establish that every version uses identical screen labels.
Convert an Excel spreadsheet to PDF
SwifDoo lists Excel among the Office file types that its PDF creator can use. Use the general Create flow for an existing file: import the workbook and let SwifDoo create the PDF. The available instructions do not give a separate Excel-specific sequence.
Review the exported PDF before sending it. Check that tables, page breaks, scaling, and other important formatting appear as intended; SwifDoo’s product information does not establish that every workbook will retain its layout exactly.

Convert one or more images to PDF
SwifDoo lists JPG, PNG, BMP, and TIFF as image formats for PDF creation. To combine multiple images into one PDF, follow this documented flow:
- Choose Create > From Image.
- Add the image files you want to include.
- Open Options and select Create a New PDF.
- Start the conversion, then open the PDF to check the result.
SwifDoo describes this feature as the ability to “Combine and convert multiple images to a single PDF” on its Create PDF page.

Use SwifDoo’s online JPG-to-PDF converter
If you only need to convert JPG files in a browser, SwifDoo offers an online JPG-to-PDF converter. Follow the page’s upload and conversion prompts, then download the resulting PDF. This online option is specifically described for JPG; the available product information does not establish that it handles Word, Excel, or every image format supported by the desktop creator.
SwifDoo says on that page that uploaded files are not saved and are deleted after conversion. That is the company’s statement, not an independently audited privacy guarantee. For sensitive documents, consider your organization’s handling rules before uploading them to an online service.

Choose between the desktop app and online conversion
- Choose desktop if you need to convert Word or Excel files, or create a PDF from several images using the documented multi-image workflow.
- Choose online if your task is JPG-to-PDF conversion and you prefer a browser-based route.
- Check the output either way if layout matters, especially for spreadsheets or complex documents.
- Check current limits and terms before relying on batch conversion, unlimited use, or trial features. SwifDoo promotes desktop conversion for batch processing, but limits and plan terms can change.
Platforms and trial terms
SwifDoo’s download page lists Windows 7 and later, macOS 10.13 and later, iOS 14 and later, and Android 6 and later. It also describes a seven-day full-feature trial followed by a limited free state with watermarks. These are vendor-listed compatibility and plan details, so check the page for current requirements and terms before downloading or relying on the trial.
