LEGO publishes the models’ heights, but not their full assembled width and depth; several sellers list cases for 77092, and their dimensions differ. Measure your completed build and compare it with confirmed interior clearance before ordering. These options are specific to 77092 and are not automatically suitable for other or future LEGO Zelda sets.
First, choose which Great Deku Tree build you will display
Set 77092 contains 2,500 pieces and can be rebuilt as either the Ocarina of Time or Breath of the Wild version. It is a 2-in-1 set, not a box containing two trees for simultaneous display. LEGO says the Ocarina of Time model stands over 33 cm (13 in.) tall and the Breath of the Wild model over 31 cm (12 in.). Those are height figures, not complete footprint measurements. LEGO’s product page does not establish the assembled width and depth for each configuration.
Decide which version you will build before selecting a case. If you might switch between versions, do not assume a case that fits one will fit the other—or that a seller’s “fits 77092” wording guarantees every arrangement or side element will fit.
Measure the model and everything you want enclosed
Measure the finished tree in its intended display position, including its base and the widest branches or other projections. Check the rear as well as the front: a branch, protrusion, or angled element may determine the required depth. If you want the sword pedestal or another detached side build inside the case, include that in the footprint too.

- Record the maximum width, depth, and height of the assembled display.
- Include every separate build you plan to place inside the case.
- Allow clearance to set the model in place and remove it without pressing parts against the walls.
- Compare your measurements with the case’s usable interior dimensions, not just its outer size or base.
LEGO’s published height figures are useful for an initial check, but they cannot confirm fit by themselves. If a case listing does not clearly say whether its dimensions are internal or external, ask the seller to confirm the usable clearance and which build configuration the case is intended to accommodate.
Compare the published 77092 case options
The following figures come from seller product listings, not independent measurements. Listings do not describe dimensions consistently, so treat an advertised fit as a lead to verify rather than a universal guarantee.

Do not compare these numbers as though every seller were measuring the same thing. One listing may specify internal clearance, another the case shell or assembled dimensions, and another may list a base separately. A large-looking number is not proof of a larger usable interior.
Check the case’s footprint, access, and assembly
A case can clear the model and still be unsuitable for the shelf or awkward to use. Check the full base footprint against the available surface and account for the shelf’s load limit. Consider whether the case lifts off, opens, or requires assembly around the model; that affects placing the tree, cleaning, and rearranging detached pieces.

- Confirm the base’s width and depth, not only the clear cover’s dimensions.
- Check how the case is assembled and how the model is put inside.
- Look for instructions about protective film removal and cleaning.
- Review current shipping coverage, cost, taxes, stock, and return terms for your location on the seller’s live listing.
Decide whether an enclosed case is right for your collection
A purpose-made acrylic case is a direct option for displaying 77092. An open display or a broader cabinet may suit you better if you need frequent access or want to show several sets together. Product descriptions may claim protection from dust, UV exposure, or damage, but no independent comparative testing establishes how these cases perform on those measures. Treat such statements as seller claims rather than measured performance.
Before buying, confirm that the exact case is available in your region, clarify any ambiguous dimension, and verify that the LEGO model and any side build you want enclosed are not being mistaken for included contents. Flying Box and Wicked Brick explicitly state that the LEGO set is not included; Brickcessories describes it as for display only and not included.
