Use the official Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) services: in a browser, open Autoatendimento Eleitoral – Título Net and select Consultas → Onde votar to find your polling place, or Consultas → Situação do título to check your registration status. In the official e-Título app, tap Onde Votar. These are separate checks: finding an address does not by itself establish that you are eligible to vote.
Find your polling place with Título Net or e-Título
The TSE’s online lookup returns your voting address, electoral zone (zona) and section (seção). Use either official channel; no third-party lookup is needed.
| Channel | How to open the lookup | What it provides |
|---|---|---|
| Título Net (browser) | Open Autoatendimento Eleitoral – Título Net, then choose Consultas → Onde votar. | Polling address, zone and section. |
| e-Título (official app) | Open the app and choose Onde Votar. | Polling address, zone and section; the app may offer a route through your preferred GPS app. |
The TSE lookup guidance says you can search using your full name or voter-registration number. Its service charter describes a form that requests name, CPF or voter number, date of birth, and mother’s name. Follow the fields shown by the official service when you use it, since the form may determine which details are required. See the TSE’s lookup guidance and service charter.

Check whether your voter registration is regular
On Título Net, choose Consultas → Situação do título. This checks the status of your voter registration, not your broader electoral clearance, known as quitação eleitoral. The TSE distinguishes the two: a voter may have regular registration but still have an outstanding issue, such as an unexcused absence.
#1 Best Overall
- Regular: the TSE describes this status as available for voting and eligible for the specified registration operations.
- Suspended: temporarily unavailable for voting, while remaining eligible for specified registration operations.
- Cancelled: unavailable for voting and subject to specified review or transfer procedures.
The TSE says the polling-place lookup is available only to voters with regular or suspended registration. If your status is cancelled, use the TSE’s official regularization guidance; looking up an address does not restore voting eligibility. The TSE’s explanation of registration status and electoral clearance sets out the distinction.
What to do if the lookup fails or your details look wrong
- Check that the identity details you entered match the Electoral Register and that you used the official TSE service.
- If the service still returns no result, or the record appears incorrect, contact the electoral office responsible for your registration. Find official local contact information through your Regional Electoral Court (TRE).
- If you need in-person help, the TSE lists electoral service units as another option. Check the relevant TRE’s official website for local service information.
2026 election timing: lookup versus registration changes
The TSE’s 2026 service charter says certain Título Net operations—first registration, transfer of electoral domicile, personal-data updates, and regularization of cancelled registration—are suspended from May 7 through November 2, 2026. That suspension concerns those registration-changing operations; it does not prevent checking an existing polling place. A TSE notice published September 29 and updated September 30, 2026, says voters can check polling-place details in e-Título, on the TSE portal, or in person, and recommends checking in advance. These dates are specific to the 2026 election; verify the TSE’s current guidance if you are reading this after that election period.
Rank #2
The TSE states in its service charter that “Os serviços eleitorais e a emissão de documentos são gratuitos” (“Electoral services and document issuance are free”).
Watch for false cancellation emails
The TSE’s official lookup guidance states: “O Tribunal Superior Eleitoral não envia e-mails a eleitores para comunicar cancelamento de título eleitoral.” In English: the TSE does not email voters to notify them that their voter registration has been cancelled. If you receive such a message, do not rely on its link to verify your status; check directly through Título Net or e-Título.
